Good morning, y'all. I've done all but 5 positions of my O! for the day. I'm about to finish it up right now.

Hope everyone has a good Thursday.

Hi...

Well, I'm sick...AGAIN!!!!!!! So is my son and my husband. We have another full-blown virus. I'm ready to throw in the towel and just lay down and die in the woods. I've literally HAD IT. Needless to say, I didn't do any exercising yesterday, and I'm going to rest today too. Hopefully, I can do something tomorrow, but I'll just wait and see how I feel.

See you tomorrow, God willing. SOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!! Mad

Morning All -
Donna, I feel so bad for you & your family. You have just had one thing after the other. I understand how you feel & why. But, things will get better - think positive. I know, easy to say & hard to do because it does drag a person down. Makes it worse when everyone in your household is sick. Hope you are all better soon.
Did my tape last night & a FEW breaths this a.m.

Hello all,

I hope I am not the last one to post today.

Donna, I hope you feel better, it must be terrible to deal with kids who are sick being sick yourself. I hope the virus leaves your household soon.

I have another question for you Kelly.Which would be the best exercises for me who has a lot to lose in the upper body Wink, you know what I mean.

Have a great day.

PT....Here's my opinion on your question (and any of you others feel free to chip in with your opinions):

I think the body is going to lose weight from the places it wants to. I'm not sure I believe you can really "spot reduce". However, I do think you can tone certain areas. All the regular "level" workouts do a good job of toning the entire body. The Abs & Upper Body workout focuses more on the upper portion of your body and is really good. It's always been one of my favorites tapes.

Just my two cents worth....

Thanks Kelly for the information. I dont have the upper body tape. Are there any positions in the upper body tape that are there in the level 1 workout?
Thanks

Hi O-pals!
Did part of my workout this morning. Missed several positions because I choked but I just let the tape keep playing and resumed when I got over it. Then I missed a couple floor positions because I had to talk to the kids. Hope to do another full workout tonight to make up for it.

I've been thinking about asking the same thing as PT, only I wanted to know if anyone can explain to me a couple positions from B&T that might target my inner thighs. Thanks! I don't have a video or DVD player, or I'd buy those tapes myself.

Keep on breathin'!!!!
Do it with GUSTO!

Hi Buddies!

I did my O last night, and plan to do it again today. Eating has been much better today! I feel like maybe, just maybe I'm going to get it back on track now.

Hi Everyone,

Sounds like we are all slowly getting back on track with eating and Oxycising. Good work everyone.

I went to see a Dietician on Wednesday night. It was interesting. She mainly wants me to eat heaps more vegies with every meal and really cut down on carbohydrates and protein. I am only allowed about 1/2 cup of each cooked and as many vegies as I like. So that shouldn't be too hard, just a matter of getting into that way of thinking. At least with Ella doing a lot better at the moment I should hopefully be able to do it. I go back in two weeks time to see how I am doing.
Even before I went to the dietician I was slowly losing weight so hopefully this will enhance it even more. So far for this week (5 days) I have lost nearly a pound so am really happy with that, Sundays weight/measuring will be interesting.

have managed to do about 3 O! sessions with a couple of Pilates this week and am about to go and do some now once off the computer (Ella is asleep for awhile)

Enjoy the rest of your week everyone (Friday for me here already.
