SmileHoly moly, how did this happen? First on line!! Good morning everybody.

Did my commuters everyday this week.
Kelly S. I'm glad to see you are looking at TN schools for your daughter. That's where you said you went right?

I'll look in later.

Good morning Jeans (and all to follow)! I did my O! this morning along with a 2-mile walk video with my DD.

Laura, the schnoodle gathering sounds fun! I want to hear all about it when you get back. Were y'all flying over there? Pheobe's first flight or did she fly to Cincinnati once?

Yes, Jeans...I graduated from UT-Knoxville. I spent my first two years at a small liberal arts college in Louisiana which DD is also considering. I enjoyed being back in eastern TN, though....it's so beautiful!

I know it's usually slow around here on the weekends, but I sure hope more folks post next week. It's been a little too quiet on here!

Does anyone have any fun plans for the weekend? It should be quiet around my house.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning Jeans, Kelly S., and all to follow.

Sorry I haven't been around this week. We had a good weekend in Chicago. Unfortunately, when I was playing in the pool with my kids, without thinking I picked up my 10 yo to throw him. Really hurt my lower abs and it was too uncomfortable to do the Oing for a few days. But in the last few days I've gradually been working back into it and I just finished L2 this morning. My 10 yos did it with me. I always enjoy having my kids O! with me.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

Happy breathing,

EmBe Cool

I got in L3 today again & I'm kinda sore. It really works the backs of my arms.

Dan won't be going to the States for the memorial service for his sister. Thank you for all your sympathies.

I was UP in measuring today!!! It is TOM I admit & eating hasn't been great. But I'm doing better. I feel my abs are really strong. I have alot of muscle under my fat...I just know it!!! Smile

Good morning, Jeans, Kelly, Embe, and Shelby,

Plan on doing my O! session this morning. I've been just doing it with those little cards that come with the tapes. I packed all my tapes in the moving van and I could kick myself. I do much better with the tapes.

Looks like we won't be going to Argentina right away--they want us to go in about 4 months. So we'll hang around here for a few months while my husband commutes to Salt Lake City. I know our families will love that, because we travel so much they don't see us much. I was excited to go right away.

Good morning everyone,

Sorry I haven't been posting. Just been busy. That is not a good excuse though.

Been doing L1 every morning except today. Mowed for about an hour and a half at 5 am, so I thought that was enough exercise this morning. Will do L1 this evening with Mom.

Mom and I are getting ready for a garage sale on Saturday so we have been busy with that. Be glad when that is over.

My sister and her husband are coming for a months visit next week. They live near Brisbane, Australia, so we are all looking forward to that.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

KOB & smiling.

Hey everyone.

I am trying to make O a daily habit. I sat on the couch and did the breathing for 15 minutes while reading e-mail. I know it probably isn't as good as getting up and doing a video, but it is better than nothing.

O really helps with the first trimester being so tired. That is why I end up doing the breathing sitting on the couch, I am to tired to get up and do anything else. After 10-15 minutes of breathing though, I am usually good to get up and get some house work done.
