I've been reading your posts for a few weeks and decided it's time to join in. I'm embarrassed to how long I have had to O tapes, but I'm back on task.
I been consistent for the last 2 weeks. Looking forward to meeting my goals this time once and for all.
I'm looking to looking to lose 4 dress sizes. I've gotten on the scale in the last 2 weeks it seems like it's going up, but my clothes are fitting better so I won't get hung up on the scale.
Welcome Anita! Glad you decided to join us! Don't worry about the weight gain. Remember muscle weighs more. When I first started "O" I didn't lose right away, BUT I did loss lots of inches. Just watch what you eat & keep "O"ing & you will start to loss. DON'T give up! "O" is the BEST!
I'm going to keeping "O"ing it's time for positive permanent change in my life.

Hi! I started doing Oxycise 2 years ago and I love it. When I started it, I lost inches but no weight--even gained weight. But I didn't change my eating habits. Now, I've found the most wonderful thing to do with Oxycise and does it ever work. The fairly new Weight watchers point system. It's the easiest thing I've ever done. I eat lots of food and sweets and it's just fun. There are so many free web sites that give you recipes. Do O. religiously along with WW and you will see results. I've been doing WW and O. since the last week in Feb., but I dont weigh. I went to the dr. yesterday and was weighed and I've lost 17 1/4 lbs. I dropped 2 dress sizes to a 12 I feel great. This has just been so much fun and easy too. Let me hear from you.
Hi MJ! I'm so happy for you! It's wonderful to find such a winning combination! Have you reached your goal now? I hope you will join us on the daily thread.

Okay! I know I'm supposed to be on vacation, but I couldn't resist checking in.
MJ thanks for the WW points tips. I gained another inch in my waist. It's strange, but my clothes are still fitting better. I think things are shifting around.

I'm a real computer illiterate except for what I usually do on it. I was surprised to see actual replies to my post. I will continue on with WW until the end of July. By then I should have reached my goal. But the point system is a way of life, not something to quit when you "arrive". Calories alone don't tell the story-you need to figure fat grams and fiber gr. too. You can get a point counter from WW members for $2. Gotta go and Oxycise-my first weight loss love.
