Morning y'all! I did my O! this morning and did a 4-mile walk video with my DD.

I plan to enjoy myself today. I have homemade icecream in the freezer ripening and plan to make a taco-dip platter. I'll get back on track soon, I promise!

Did part of L2 this morning before starting the day. Hope to finish it later today. Eating and water was good yesterday. Working on getting more water in everyday.

Happy Independence Day everyone!

It's been raining here all day, but it does seem refreshing. DH and the dogs and I are just taking it easy. I plan to O later, but I don't know which DVD.

Kelly, sounds like you will have a fun day. Don't worry about splurging once and a while.

I haven't seen Susanna, Tammy, or Ellen online for a while. Hope you are all doing OK. Sorry if I am missing anyone.

Happy 4th of July, everyone. I'm working until 5pm today. Haven't decided if I'm going to get some BBQ ribs or not, yet. I probably will. A friend of mine own a nice little BBQ place and the ribs are "fallin' of the bone good".

Kelly, I have never had homemade ice cream. Makes my mouth water just thinking about. Maybe some day.

I will get my workout in later this evening after I relax a bit. I'm sure some extra breaths will be in order.
