Good Morning,

Just popping in to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you all have the opportunity to enjoy yourselves.

We're on our way out of town till Sunday so we'll see how my water consumption will be the next few days. I know my eating won't be great but I'll try not to lose complete control.

Congratulations to Becky and Sandy P for your success!

I've met my personal challenge for extra breaths - feels good but I have not weighed or measured. I'm hesitant because I'm afraid if it doesn't show up "now" I'll get discouraged and not do my extras between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Gotta run - hope everyone enjoys their holiday.

Good morning 2B! Hope you have a good Thanksgiving!

I got all my water in yesterday and eating was a little better (but still not that good).

I've got pumpkin pies in the oven, the goose is steaming off its fat on the stove and my list of "things to do" is gradually getting marked off. Haven't done my O! yet, but will SOON! (I promise!)

Hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! It's almost 70 here right now, but due to drop to the mid 50s for tomorrow.

KOB & DYW!!

Okay. My O! is done! How about the rest of you??

Pies are baked. Goose is in the oven. Dressing is made up and in the fridge. Sweet potatoes are boiling.... I'm progressing!

Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all. Have been very bad and my November calendar for O does not look good at all but I promise I will get it moving again!

I am actually taking off Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend! WoW! That is a biggee for me.

Did O! just now for today and also did it yesterday. My husband has decided to call me "Windy" as I have increased the intensity of my breaths the last couple of times.

Doing Thanksgiving with just my husband and my son. Not too big of a meal for just the 3 of us so I am not too busy. We will play lots of games and watch movies and football. I hope to talk them into a hike at a local state park at some point this weekend.

Have a Great Thanksgiving!

Hi everybody:
I am in O.K. with our youngest son and his family. I see al the work all of you are doing for tomorrow. Makes me feel guilty because I am not doing anything! Razz but I do the cleanup. So I don't feel so bad.
Have been doing one or two levels everyday. Did the commuter tape on the way down here. So...I am hoping it will help me not gain anything over this holiday. Just finished doing level 3.
Well, Have a wonderful day of giving thanks to everyone and especially the Lord who has blessed us so much.
