Hey everyone! Hope the weekend is off to a good start for all of you.

Alicia - I think your results are great! Keep dropping those inches!

Maree, I'm so glad your DH is home now. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Susie, I definitely get side-tracked if I don't do my O! early. I was a little later than normal today, but it's done now for the WE.

Susanna...I laughed at your "heatwave" in the 30s. I sat in a deer blind all yesterday afternoon and nearly froze...and it was in the 30s here, too! (and unfortunately for all my effort I never even saw a deer)

I had a really good weigh-in this morning. I was down 3 pounds Eek and a half inch in my ribcage and a half inch in my abs. Amazing!

It was good seeing all the others here yesterday... Sheila, Shelby, Sharon, Jeans, 2B... (I saw Ellen peeking when I logged in, too). Hope everyone has a safe, happy weekend!

Good morning everyone.

Wow Alicia, Kelly and everyone who has lost inches and pounds. You are doing fantastic.

Susie It is very easy for me to get sidetracked, if I don't do my O'ing as soon as my husband is on his way to work.

Maree so glad your husband is back home from the hospital. When something like this happens, it always has made me realize how very grateful, I am to have my husband. Take care of yourself, too.

I am on my way to finish shopping (for everything that must be mailed) Roll Eyes. At least I know what I am getting for my DIL, so only need to go to one more store. Then back home to finish decorating.

Everyone have a great weekend. KOB

Sharon

Good Afternoon~

I did my "O" this morning!!!! Yeah for me! My clothes are getting tight around the waist so I knew I had to just jump in again.

It's 80 outside. Confused What's up with that?
Not exactly CHRISTmas weather is it? Yesterday as I was out I tried on some sweaters and had to tear them off me because I was so hot. So here I am with my shorts on and windows open. Please don't think I'm bragging because I'm not!I know most of you are having lots of snow and it's very cold for you. Please try to stay as warm as possible. I just can't imagine! Would like to experience what your going through for a day or so!

Kelly great job on your loss. Your being steady with your loss. That's great!

Sharon when you mail all your packages I hope you get to have a short line to stand in. Does it get crowded in the post office this time of year where you are?

Ok, off I go, need to do much needed cleaning!

Until next time...
Susie

Good evening ladies,

Kelly, congrats on your 3 pounds and inches lost. That is great, you are doing so well.

Didn't do any O yet today. Probably won't.

It got up to 49 here in Colorado today, very nice.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

KOB and smiling.

Hi Buddies!

Good to see a few of you here today! Thanks for being here, ladies!!!

Kelly, congratulations on a job very well done! 3 pounds and an inch loss, too!!! WOW!!!

Ruth, I was glad to see your post the other day. I hope you come post again soon! Wink Is the level 1 helping the arm and shoulder pain?

Susie, have you heard about FlyLady's book called Body Clutter? I haven't read it yet, but it sounds really good. There's info about it on her website. http://www.flylady.net It sounds like it deals with emotional eating....since you mentioned that. I don't mean to be pushy though. I just wonder if it would be helpful! Anyway, I'm glad you're back on the wagon with us!!!

It was 43 here today, and I didn't realize it until after I posted yesterday, but the high yest. was 54!!! It was really nice!

I didn't O yet tonight, but I intend to.

As I was saying...Susanna thanks for bringing up the Flylady Body Clutter book. I've been wanting to get it and forgot where I saw it. Sounds like good reading. Thanks for caring. It means a lot!
Keep warm in the cold weather!

Until next time...

Shelby, I'm sorry to hear about your fatigue and not eating well BUT you did do your "O". I'm proud of you.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm living on chocolate,P.B., and bread. My TOM is getting near.

How are things going on your end with the kids, etc. I hope well.

Until next time...
Susie
