Hi Gals:

L4 for me this morning; I just got off the phone with Aubrey: we had a wonderful session and would like to follow up next month; we discussed the basic breath in greater detail, the power breath, and other components of the program like proper water and food intake, all of which will step up my progress even more; I suggested that Jill produce a Level 5-6 incorporating the power breath with/without stretch bands for an entire Advanced series; she could call it something like "Oxycise Plus"; utilizing even more of the positions and breathing techniques--Hopefully, next year--

The best $10 I've ever spent; a real treat~!

Helene your phone consultation sounded great! Maybe I will do it too? And Helene that is a great idea about an Oxycise! Plus. I had suggested awhile ago about a back to back 30 min O! dvd so we didn't have to get up and change over the tape - or am I just lazy!!??lol I normally do 2 tapes one after the other to speed up my losing process.

I just got in from my walk which I thought was 30 min but I guess I walked quickly because it turned out to be only 20 min. I will go with hubby tonight around dinner time when he runs the dog and log some more time.

Helene I wanted to ask you..how long was your telephone consutation? I am also curious about basic breath vs. power breath...I do my basic breath with GUSTO...does that make it a power breath?

Ok, time to wash my face and get some lunch. I will check in later after I do my O!.

The phone call lasted about 50 min, but we could have gone longer if needed, I'm sure--Aubrey tried to describe the power breath to me; from what she said, it happens on the last puff of the exhale; once the last of the puffs is exhaled out, you expand your diaphragm by relaxing the muscles before you inhale again; that will creates a bit of a vacuum and you'll hear a slight 'gasp' in the back of your throat before the next inhale; it's difficult to explain and a challenging addition to the routine, but supposedly, it creates more of an oxygen flow on both the inhale and exhale. Hopefully, Jill will put it all together in a new series of tapes, but I don't suggest attempting it until you've had a chance to talk to one of the personal trainers.--

For $10, I'd definitely order a consultation; it's worth it just to talk to one of Jill's lovely daughters, and they're so knowledgable and friendly, it's a great way to get and stay motivated.

Helene thankyou so much for the information! I just Love this way of working out and now if I don't get my 30 min in I don't feel as tho I have lived my day properly or completely. Even if it only made me feel good I would do it - but it is wonderful to know all the great things it is doing for me!

I made dinner and popped it in the oven then ran to the musicroom and did L2 and Buns and Thighs1. I am certainly breathing with Gusto!! lol

Ok...where Is eveyone??? Helene and I are here all by ourselves! hahaha we enjoy each others company but we would like to see our other friends too.

It is 8 pm and I am too exhausted to have a shower and wash my hair so it will have to wait until the early morning. Helene it was an exciting day for you, you can go to bed and dream of breathing! lol
