I did my full workout plus 10 extra positions this morning. I hope to get 10 extras in later today or tomorrow, because I only got in 10 yesterday.
Lin & Ellen, I have the same goal as you two, but I'm a little further from it than you. Let's see if I can catch up! Keep on breathin! DIWG!! Buff |

Good morning Buff! I just finished my workout for the day. Maybe I should try to get in some extra positions over the next two days. I don't think my weigh-in is going to be as good this week.
Lots of folks have been posting lately and I'm glad. I still wish some of those who are AWOL would come back. Hope everyone has a good Thursday. |

Good morning everyone. Just finished my O. I briefly just did an informal measure of several parts of my body to see if anything was going on. I only started on April 11 and I am ever SO HAPPY to report that the tape measure is now starting to go in the direction of loss YIPPEEE!!!!! Thank goodness. The whole time I was doing Body Flex I just kept getting higher and higher measurements. I was so frustrated. Anyway, I think I will start to try to do my O once in the morning and once in the evening or right before dinner too, if I can and I think maybe that will help. I haven't been doing my Treadmill lately, so at least if I can get 2 O sessions in. On days when I have a lot of energy I will try to do 2 O's and at least a 20 min. treadmill workout.
Buff, my 135 goal is what I want to get down to by the end of May, but ultimately I really want to get back down to my ideal weight of 120 again. Actually about 10 or 15 years ago all I weighed was 115 when I went on a cruise. Oh to be in your 30s again! Boy they weren't kidding when they said this older age menopausal spread would hit you like a brick! Well I just wanted to let everyone know that at least my tape measure seems to be going in my favor now! Have a great day. Good Morning! Thought I would get on here while DS is putting away the dishes. Then need to get back to cleaning house for company. Not really a whole lot to do, need to clean bathrooms & give dog a bath.
I got in a L2 this morning & extras while doing my hair. Buff.. you are where I use to be, when I started "O" 2 yrs ago. I didn't lose any weight till I really stated watching what I ate. Then I stopped at 145. Got discouraged & fell off the "O" wagon a couple of times. Lately I have started watching what I eat AGAIN! I have pretty much cut out flour & sugar. I still have it but only 1-2 times a week. Now I'm trying to start doing tapes again. I have been "O"ing some, but mainly just doing the breathing part. I know that doing the tapes REALLY help so I'm going to try to get back to them. Just doing L1 yesterday I can feel the old muscles. I would really like to get down to 120-125 also. I am only 5'4". I was 115 when I got married almost 29 yrs & 3 kids ago. Lin..Congratultions on the inches lost. I really don't care what I weigh in the end as long as I get "RID" of the FAT! I really like it when I see the tape going down. This may be the last time I post till Sat. evening or Sunday. So have a nice rest of the week & week-end everyone. Ellen |

Hi All-
Decided I'd better get busy & post - be accountable! This week I've only been doing commuters - better than nothing but I just don't DIWG like I should. Ellen, enjoy your company. How are all your family members doing these days? I'm off on vacation till 5/7 so won't get a chance to post or read posts. I have my commuter ready to go as well as DVD & portable player - no excuses Hope everyone had a great week+, ES, KOB & DIWG! |

Wow! I can't believe my reply actually posted! I hit reply from the posts that are delivered to my e-mail rather than from the website and it worked - this aft. anyway!
I've been way too sporadic with my O!ing and moving in general and need to step things up a notch....again. I've been reading in the archives a lot and reading your daily postings and you've all really inspired me - also reminded me of how great and awesome I feel when I'm doing O! regularly! Thanks for sharing your workouts and experiences - enjoy them so much! Kelly - my DH and I took a trip to Ft. Smith, Arkansas the end of February. We had the best time and met some of the nicest people we've ever met anywhere! We'll definitely go back again! OK - off to my O! Level 2!!! |

Hi all!
I finally have internet access at home again!! We're 99% moved into our new house (have to turn in our apt keys tomorrow morning) and our internet access and cable TV was just setup. No more AWOL for me! I haven't been great about O!ing with videos lately, but I have been doing quite a few Oxybreaths throughout the days. I just have to get back into it -- I miss my Level 3 video the most! Oh well, off and running for another busy day. I'll be back! Keep up the great work, everybody! PS: Linda - so great to see you here!! |
