Thought that might get some attention! Actuallly I have fallen off the O! wagon and need to get back on. I am 20 weeks pregnant and have been having a hard time staying motivated lately. It helped so much early on and now the pregnancy aches and pains are really kicking in. Could someone recommend a thread for me to join to get me back and stay on track? Thanks for your input!

Hi!

You're in the right thread. Most of us post daily here. When I don't feel motivated, I just tell myself, "What's 15 minutes anyway, it will fly by just as fast or faster than if I just sit here!"

I've never had children, so I don't really know how you feel right now, but check in often and you'll feel uplifted with all the messages from the awesome ladies on here. I know they help me!!

Hi! Most of us post in this area on the D2L-O!Pals thread each day. We have at least two others posting who are pregnant (Melinka and Julie..aka 2mileshigh), so they should really be able to sympathize with you!

I've found that posting here each day is what really makes me stick with it. Hope to see you around a lot!

First of all--welcome back to O! At least you're here on the boards--wanting to do O!

I am one of the pregnant Oxycisers that Kelly mentioned. I will be 19 weeks on Monday--but I am 42 years old--with 2 older children. Every day--someone tells me--I can't possibly be almost 5 months pregnant--(thank you Oxycise!) And most people tell me I look 35--(thank you again Oxycise!)

I ended December doing O! sporatically--but then challenged myself to see how many days in a row I could do O! in January. So far--I have only missed 1 day!

Just pop in that tape--and start it--before you know it--you will have done something really good for yourself and your baby!

Hi Skate Coaching Mum!

I am another of the pregnant mums mentioned and yes I am in exactly your position.

I am 20 weeks on the 27th and am really feeling it at the moment. Over here it has been so hot and humid so it is really hard to motivate yourself to do anything.

Until about the middle of December I was doing Oxcyise at least 4 times a week and I was walking just about everyday. I have only managed to put on 2 kilos (6.5pounds) so am really happy with that seeing as I haven't done much at all lately.

This is definately the right place to be for suppor the people on here are great, they've definately helped me to keep going.

Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy.
