I worked outside for my physical activity today and will O! later this afternoon.

Hi Jeans - is anyone else out there?

It was a busy weekend, but I made some good choices all day on Monday - AMAZING! It's raining here in Dallas and it is even a little chilly - WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

Anyway, I got 15 reps of O! so far and I walked for 30 min. this morning - YEA! I'm feeling more energetic, too.

Lin, please know of my prayers for you and Lenny. Have a safe trip to Texas for the graduation.

I did L1 today. Gabrielle joined me for part of it. She's got 0% fat on her 20 year old bod but she said, "I'm so busy lately tat I need feel good in my body!"

The local Ritter's Frozen Custard had "Doggies Night Out" tonight and all the dogs got a free cup of custard with a Milk Bone. They had so much fun! It doesn't seem like it bothered their tummies. I bought a strawberry sundae for DH, but I avoided any myself. Suprisingly, I wasn't even tempted. Maybe this willpower thing is finally kicking in!
