I just read the book and I'm going to give this a try. I've been on the diet/weight rollercoaster for a long time. Wish me luck. I need all the support I can get. I'll be back with results in a week. |

Hi Sassee (and everyone),
Be sure to read yesterday's thread. There are lots of encouraging messages! Thanks, you all! I should have mentioned all the benefits I've seen from Oing instead of just worrying about weight loss. My overall goal is fitness (which includes weight loss), but I sure have seen some other improvements!
So for those reasons alone, I will keep on O-breathing! Now if the weight comes off too...I'll be in heaven. I'm sure all of you are already familiar with these "side effects" but I just had to share them for anyone new like me. Michelle |
