Hi:

I just read the book and I'm going to give this a try. I've been on the diet/weight rollercoaster for a long time. Wish me luck. I need all the support I can get. I'll be back with results in a week. Smile

Hi Sassee (and everyone),
Be sure to read yesterday's thread. There are lots of encouraging messages! Thanks, you all!

I should have mentioned all the benefits I've seen from Oing instead of just worrying about weight loss. My overall goal is fitness (which includes weight loss), but I sure have seen some other improvements!

    My skin has really improved! I have oil skin and have always had large pores. Even my pores are smaller!
  • I have TONS more energy than I did a month ago!
  • I'm more "alert." It's hard to quantify this one, but I feel like my "mental acuity" is improved.
  • My ankles aren't swelling by the end of the day anymore. I sit all day at work and this has been a minor problem for the last couple of years (I'm 56).
  • I feel Wonderful!


So for those reasons alone, I will keep on O-breathing! Razz

Now if the weight comes off too...I'll be in heaven. I'm sure all of you are already familiar with these "side effects" but I just had to share them for anyone new like me.
