Good Morning Cool!

L4 for me this morning; I also incorporated a few extra breaths and tried a few new positions from Abs/Upper Body and Buns/Thighs.

In regards to Susanna's post; I'm not much of a meat eater, but I do try to have some red meat during certain times of the month, along with some fish or chicken. I like the information in Jill's book, "Fuel for Success", and incorporate her grading system to allow for it when it's part of that day's menu. I guess I'm one of those "everything in moderation" kind of people, but my real weakness is dairy products! I could eat cheese all day (and have Roll Eyes)

Have a great weekend!
Love,
Helene

Hi everyone!

L1 for me today.

Melinda, I'm a new vegetarian also! I switched to a vegan diet about a year ago and feel better than I ever have! I have lost 60 pounds and got rid of migraines that I was getting several times a week. Like Helene, I enjoyed dairy products (they were SO hard to give up) but I found that rice cheese is a pretty good substitute. It's a great trade off for not having headaches all the time. Good luck on your new eating habits.

Have a blessed day everyone!

Shari

Happy Sunday, everyone.

I was so tired from working Saturday I really didn't feel like working out. However, at around 11 p.m. I decided to get off my butt and do it and I'm glad I did.

I did 35 reps, stayed up for a little bit, then slept like a baby. Now I'm back at work again this morning.

Hope everyone has a great day and KOB.

Peace and blessings to all...Rich

Hi All;

I notice I sleep better too when I've Oxycised at night; and I was listening to a radio program on the way to mass this morning discussing the benefits of increasing Oxygen intake for better memory and overall brain function.

L2 for me this morning--Have a great day,
Love,
Helene

Hello everyone!

I hoep you are all well and happy.

No workout today - just no time, but did Level 1 on both Friday and Saturday. My water intake has been O.K. & I have been realy good with portion sizes, especially in the evenings which is when I tend to overeat. So, I'm feeling very positive at the moment.
