Hi friends. Did L2 this morning. Got an E-mail yesterday that my new DVDs had shipped, so I'm excited.

Shelby, I hope your day in your jewelry booth goes well today! Good job on your O.

Lin good job on the treadmill and O.

Tammy, glad you're feeling a little better.

Sheila good job on the water and eating and O!

Kelly, good job on your O, water, and eating!

Have a great day everyone! It's up to 40 degrees here, so I think I'll take the dogs for a walk.

Shari

SmileHello Shari

I did some O! this morning while doing housework and deep breathing pulling weeds.

You all are keeping me motivated to stay in motion and doing my O!. If I don't, these next few months with all the parties and holidays and the goodies, I will gain too many pounds.

Tammy nice to see you again. So sorry about your grandmother. I still miss mine and she's been gone more than 5 years. They're just so special.

Susanna, are you there?

Woke up at 2:30am and could not get back to sleep. So got up at 3:30am and did my O!. Felt so good. Got L1 and L2 in before DH woke up, then he and I went for our walk. Have his grandson with us this weekend, so was so glad to get O! in before the day started with him.
Am going to try to get in another session tonight but we will see.
Have a good weekend all

Hey! I got my O! done this morning before I left town. Water has been good. Eating.... well, I need to buckle down. It wasn't TOO bad yesterday, but today it hasn't been good.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Hello again,
I didn't post yesterday but I did levels 2 & 3.
Today I also did Levels 2 & 3
I feel so good when I do this. I need to be accountable to someone.
Somebody should e-mail me and give me a good jerk so I don't miss any days. Razz
Hope you all have a good weekend. I have a very busy day tomorrow. We fill Christmas shoeboxes to send to Franklin Graham and then we have a soup supper. It's fun but very tiring.
Last year we filled 200 boxes and I think we will be filling more this year.
Hope a lot of people turn up to help. Smile
Good night all.
Ruth

Morning friends.

I did L2 this morning. I got my new DVDs yesterday! Can't wait to get started. I probably won't have time to watch any of them until tomorrow, so hopefully Tuesday I'll be ready to try another one.

I lost another 3 pounds this week and I'm down 5" since I measured last month.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Shari

Good morning all,

Did part of L2 yesterday and this morning. I like to take a day off a week. Water and eating was good yesterday and hopefully will be today.

I do have a grandson's birthday party to go to this afternoon so hope I can be good there and not eat too much that I shouldn't.

Ruth, it is good to see you posting again. We've missed you.

Shari, congrats on the lbs and inches lost. Great job.

Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday. KOB and smiling.

Have a minute here so thought I would post.
Did L1 and L2 this morning, then sorted through clothes, DH has lost so much weight, I had to pull out his smaller clothes for him to wear. Me on the other hand is still wearing the same things, as I found elastic is very comfortable. Smile
Went for a walk with DH as well today and water has been very good. Hope weigh in goes well in the morning.
Had a good visit with the grandson and have taken him home.
Talk to you all tomorrow

Well, as usual it's late. Had a very busy day.
Didn't get a chance to "O" or walk. Even though it's late I am going to do level 2 right now and if I still have some strength left in me, I will do level 3. HAVE TO to work off what I ate at our church soup supper that I shouldn't have eaten. Roll Eyes
By the way, why is the water drinking so important in weight loss. Can anyway tell me?
Also, I would like some input as to whether any of you have noticed that one level or the other helps you the most. I have been wondering about that.
Sure wish Jill would post on here once in a while.
WEll, good night all.
Ruth

Ruth, I have heard that the water helps metabolize the fat. I've noticed when I don't drink as much water I don't lose as much weight. Hope this helps.
