They leave tomorrow for the States!

I O!d yesterday and today with plenty of water and good food. I am so grateful for Oxycise on these really hot Texas days.

Hello ladies,

Well I seem to hav lost my mojo . Only 10 breaths today - all my verve and determination seem to have disappeared. Just a bad week altogether; eating has been undisciplined, both in terms of quality and quantity, and my water intake has been low.

Hopefully by admitting all of this to you, and myself, I will make tomorrow a better day.

Any encrouaging words would be welcome .

Hello, G. This is Rich. Don't be so hard on yourself. It seems like you've been doing a great job.

I read your post from the 19th where you said you lost another 1k and were just 1k more from your goal.

That's wonderful to have hung in there and gotten so close. Also, give yourself a pat on the back for doing those 10 breaths. That means you're 10 breaths closer to your goal.

Tomorrow is a new day. Keep looking forward and KOB.

Millie - Rich is right - tomorrow is a new day and you can restart- that is the problem we have- we always figure once we blow it oh well and then that leads to another blown day and another. Look at me one to talk - I have put off now since January when Lenny got sick with cancer and can't seem to find the time to get back - so now I need to take an extra 15 minutes a day for me again!!!!!!! Now that he is getting back on track.

Shelby, where did you say the kids are going to be in the States????

Lenny's follow-up appt is on Friday - scans went well. More official news Friday.
