Thank you to all of you for wishing me a quick recovery. I'm still feeling horrendous today, but I was dertermined NOT to not O! twice in a row. I couldn't do it yesterday at all, not for lack of trying, but even with the nasal spray, I couldn't unclog my nose, and I was feeling sort of dizzy doing it anyhow.
Today, I did L1 and just stayed on the floor for about 1/2 an hour after I finished. Hope you all are doing great! Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'! Susan in Kuwait |

I somehow managed to completely forget to X & O! Monday, but I did my routine Tuesday. Despite my recent successes, I have been feeling a little discouraged. I haven't been quite as careful about what I've been eating. I feel like I just want to take a break for awhile, but then I have to remind myself of my November 9th goal... just a few more pounds/inches to go, but I have to stick with the plan for awhile to make it work.

Hello all...
No O! for me this morning! I did O! Level 3 yesterday morning, but I didn't get my evening workouts done.... I'll make up for it tonight, especially since I didn't get to O! this morning. Plans for tonight: O! Level 3, Buns/Thighs 1, and total body weights. Have a great day! Tammy PS -- Susan, feel better! And Rose, you'll make it to your goal - don't fret!! Hi Susan, Rose, and Tammy. This is just a quick post because I have so much going on today.
I did L2 this morning. Last night we did a 2-mile walk video. I've been getting in a minimum of 96 ounces of water the past few days. I'm still doing fairly well on my eating (if you don't count the handful of candycorn and pumpkins I just ate!). okay....I need to run.... Kelly |

Did L3 today & drank my water. I have been taking Lean Cusines for lunch at work, but this morning my DH grabbed the wrong one & put a Stouffer's regular dinner in my lunch box. I didn't notice it until I took it out to microwave. It had 68 grams of carbs and 27 grams of fat!!
Susan - Boy, that's determination to O! when you are sick........you will feel better soon, I'm sure. Rose - We all get discouraged at times, but you have been doing so well - don't give up now and undo all the hard work you have done. Keep that goal in site!!! I know you can do it, even if it has to be kicking & screaming all the way! Tammy - I hate it when I oversleep, but I just know you will make up for it tonight with your workout. It makes me tired just to read all the stuff you do! Kelly S - 96oz of water - great! Hey, at least the candy corn pumpkins are fat free! I am really trying to hang in there so that I will have good news on weigh/measure day saturday. I'm burnin' daylight here & have a long way to get to where I want to be. Can't afford to lollygag.
