Hi,

I would like to post to your group.

I have had the O system for years, but have just recently started doing it again, as I am suffering the ongoing effects of a pinched nerve in my neck, and O is really the only exercise I can do that doesn't aggravate it.

I really want to stick with the workouts (neck allowing), and am working on improving my nutrition. I just find that I feel so much better physically and mentally when I take care of my body.

But I need some support! So here I am, introducing my self to you all. I hope I can provide some support for others as well.

Welcome!
Glad to have you on board. I'm Shelby in France, 6 kids, 1 hubby (1 is enough!), American, and I've lost and kept off 30lbs with O! and sensible eating.

We usually post in a thread with today's date. So when you see it or if you start one, you'll know where everyone is for the day. This is the first board I've been on that posts by dates so it was funny for me at first.

I did my O! today-- L1-- it seems to to be the level that works best for me.

BTW 6 consecutive days of doing my O workouts, and my arms are feeling firmer already. I love that pec press exercise.

What I really really want though, is 'Jill Johnson' rock hard abs. I'm not overweight, but I do have a podgy tummy. I'm hoping that if I'm consistent with my O workouts, I will see some good improvements in this area.
