Good morning everyone,

Did part of L2 this morning before work, will finish before the day is over. Eating was fair yesterday and water still needs more work.

It is cold, snowy here in Colorado. Only 28 degrees.

Sheila good job on L2. Sorry to hear it's so cold there. All our snow has melted and it's almost 50 degrees here. I love going out without a coat.

I got Tammy's CD in the mail today and I am so excited!

Thanks for the kick, I did L2 and walked 15 mins on the treadmill last night. Am going to my weight watchers meeting tonight. My sister-in-law is a speaker there and invited me. Will see how it goes.
Tonight is my favorite show, so will be watching that later, probably will work on a Christmas blanket for DH. Want to surprise him so will do it after he goes to bed.

Hey, y'all! Well....my eating AND water were bad yesterday. So, I'm being VERY careful today and doing well so far. There's no reason I can't do the same for the next two days as well. I did do my O! today.

Let me guess, Becky...is your favorite show House? I know that comes on tonight because my sister and my daughter both watch it.

No CD for me yet. Maybe mine will come tomorrow.

Our new pup is a star today! I submitted her pictures to the Daily Puppy website not long ago and they decided to feature her on their "grown up" page today. I questioned that and they told me she was a little old looking for the regular puppy page. She's only about 5 months old, but hey...I'm just glad they featured her at all. At least this way I don't have to worry about getting my feelings hurt if she didn't get lots of "biscuit" votes. If you'd like to view her pictures, there's a link to the page on my blog today.

It's day #2 of getting back in the O! swing -- I just finished Level 3! I feel awesome.
