Hi Everyone!

I guess I'm first this morning. I did L2 and read the article about drinking water so I'm determined to get more water in from now on. We've had storms for two straight days but it looks like we'll have a break. I need my sunshine, how 'bout you?!

High five y'all!

Lee Lee

Hi Gals;

Sorry I went AWOL again; not only did we need a new computer, but I had a bit of a scare, healthwise; my Dr. thought the results of a routine ECG showed something wrong, but further tests showed that not to be the case, Thank God!

Tons going on, but it's all good-

Anyway: L1 this morning, and it's GREAT to be back on track!~

Love,
Helene

Helene, so glad you're back! Big Grin

Have a Happy Thursday, everybody.

hi everyone,

i forgot to post yesterday but just wanted you all to know that i did my o!. i didn't do it yet today but will get to it.

susanna, i never thought i ate much to begin with. my husband always tells me that i don't eat a lot but i would like more info on your change one program. could you email it to me?

i actually convinced my husband to o! and believe me, it took a lot of effort on my part. i told him to try it for 2 weeks and stop if he doesn't see results. well, sadly, he didn't see any results so i don't think he's going to continue. i wanted to prove to him that o! works but he didn't even see much result with me either so he told me last night that he didn't think it was worth it. a part of me wanted to believe him but when i read so many successful stories here, i can't help but to believe. i will continue o!. i'm praying that this will work. i want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight...acutally, the weight i was when i got married 5.5 years ago (119lbs).

it seems o! is just helping me maintain my current weight of 145.

i wanted to thank you ladies for your encouragement. you truly are an inspiration to those of us who are having a difficult time losing.

I did L1 today.

I can understand having a hard time losing. I have stubborn fat too!

Good news tho! I weighed myself at the drs today and in the last 3 years I only gained 5 lbs since I lost the 30lbs with O! That's pretty good, I'd say considering I haven't been watching my food intake. Or should I say I've been watching my food intake go in my mouth.... Eek

Hello O-buddies!

I did get my O done last night, and I'm just amazed at how much better I've been sleeping. O never used to do that for me, and I don't know what changed, but, HEY!, I like it!!!

Laki, I'm going to stick a little info from an old post on here, that I think might interest you. We have had a few discussions here before about not eating ENOUGH calories, and that will keep you from losing weight, too. Another thing that makes a difference is your blood type. If you are a type O, (positive or negative doesn't matter), you may need to do two O workouts per day to be able to lose, because O's need more extended, vigorous exercise than type A's. I am an A, and I lost 68 pounds in one year, doing O once a day, 5 or 6 days per week. A's are lucky that way. Smile I still firmly believe that O works for any blood type, and it's so much easier on your body than lots of other workouts, but you may just need to do more. Anyway, here's the info:
"Make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body. A heavier person needs more calories to do the same tasks as a normal weight person, so even though they do need to lose weight they need to eat enough to fuel their bodies. I kept my calories at 1400 to 1500 and lost nothing then I joined Weightlossresources and they told me that based on my height weight ect.. I needed to be eating 2300 calories and that basically I had my body in starvation mode. You can get a free 3 day profile from them and they will tell you exactly how many caloried you need. Just a thought. Once I started eating the right amount my energy skyrocketed and I started losing again. Hope this helps."

Don't take me wrong! I don't think that 145 is very heavy!!! I sent you a PM with the Change One info on it, so please let me know if you get it. Smile

Helene!!! Welcome back!!! Smile

Lee Lee, I need sunshine too, but we are enjoying having a wet spring! It's so different than what we usually have!

Tammy, I'd like to send you some of our cool air! It's rainy, windy, and cool here. In fact, there's water standing everywhere!!!

It's so much fun to come in here, since we have some folks back with us again!!! I think I need to check on a few others though.

See ya later........
Smile Susanna

Good afternoon!

I slept well last night and got up at 5am and did my O!. It really woke me up and gave me energy. I also have started taking a Virgin Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions. The oil actually comes from the Philippines. It's a fascinating company with an amazing story. I love the oil. This Virgin Coconut Oil has wonderful health benefits. Your body actually knows what to do with it and it doesn't make you FAT. In fact, it helps you to not feel hungry so people actually lose weight on it.

Because it's coconut oil, it can be used to cook with and at a high temperatures it doesn't produce carcinogens. I not only take it internally, I also use it topically to help with my dry skin. You need to go to their website and check it out for yourself: www.tropicaltraditions.com

It's windy here in Dallas - especially on the hill where I work. Every day is a gift from God!

Thanks, Shari; that was quite a scare I had--

Melinda, I LOVE coconut oil, and take a teaspoonful a day; I was told about it a long time ago from a friend who works at a health food store; good for you in discovering it.

Love,
Helene
