Wow, no one started the thread today.

I will probably hang here alone but that's okay I just couldn't let a day go by and not have someone check in!

I did my O! but didn't get around to taking a walk.

Shelby my condolences on your loss..your husband has a long trip ahead of him.

Yesterday I walked 35 min and today 35 min as well. I have to hoof it to make it around the loop to the beat of the music and my thighs are killing me! I know I am working because I am sweating buckets but I just love the fresh air now before the bitter winds sock us indoors.

No O! because I ran out of time with my walking - used to be I could do both...so what happened? lol Last month I could walk 35 min and do 40 min of O! so I will start again tomorrow with 20 min of O! and do it first to make sure it gets done.

It is getting late and I am cold so I think I will do my teeth and skin and crawl into bed and read the new catologs that came in the mail today.
