You all must be as busy as I am!
I got in L 1 today. Eating is awful!!! I made some lucious sugar cookies & oops!
I might post the recipe on my blog they're so good & easy. Aren't I naughty? I might just get kicked off this board!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I did L2 last night and the commuter on my way to work this morning! I sure do like the energy I get when I do O. When I'm consistent with it I lose inches fast and my face looks thinner almost immediately. After a month of doing O every day people will start commenting on how I look like I've lost weight! I love it. I only stop doing it when I get a cold or my sinuses give me problems and then I just don't start back again for some reason. Anyway it's great to be back and hopefully those inches will start coming off soon! Have a great day everyone.

Oh Shelby, I forgot to add I'd love your recipe. Post it if you get the chance. I will only make them once a year so why not splurge a little right !

I haven't added a star to my calendar since the 8th. This time of year just seems to be so darn busy.

Yum! oh, Shelby you and Alicia are both tempting me I haven't done as much baking as I usually do. Maybe it's time to get to it. I know my family would love your sugar cookies!

Embe - it's good to see you posting. congratulations on baby number 5.

Rose - I sometimes have sinus problems, too. When I am having problems with my sinuses, I breathe through my mouth instead of my nose. I also drink lots of hot tea to help loosen up the gunk I also took it easier with O'ing, instead of doing O with gusto. It's great that you are here with us. Please do post. I know that posting has helped me to stay on track.

Vicki and Joey I've been missing you. So if you are peeking in don't forget us.

Samie - I know just about where you live. Several years ago, we lived in OK and drove to my Aunt's out at Johnson, KS. One time, we drove through the panhandle of OK and then up to KS. One of my cousins lives in Garden City. I remember staying in Garden City at a hotel on the South side of the town. We had gotten caught in blowing snow. Colorado is beautiful. We have driven through it several times.

Just finished L2. Tomorrow it's time to measure again. Boy does that ever come around too quickly, sometimes.

Hi All~

Did level 4 about an hour ago. I'm so mad at myself. My husband wanted some chocolate chip cookies, so as I was making them just now, he came home with HUGE chocolate chip muffins. I HAD to eat one. Not all at once though. I cut it up in quarters and thought I would eat just a section. Well, before I knew it the whole muffin was gone. Boy was it good. Why do I blow it like that so often? I'll have to do more breaths later today to make up for my lack of control.

Hey everybody. Boy! This day sure didn't turn out like I thought it would. We had a water heater start leaking and of course it made a huge mess. I've used the shop vac to get the majority of the water out of the carpet and fans will just have to take care of the rest. This happened to us earlier in the year, too.

I spent several hours on the deer stand earlier in the day. Finished the Jan Karon (Mitford Series) book I was reading. Oh...and I did see several deer, but they were out of my range. I hunt with a shotgun instead of a rifle. Two of the days I hunted there was an armadillo rooting around and that thing was hilarious! They're actually kind of cute.

At least I got my O! done this morning. Sure helps with the stress....

Oh....it's great seeing EmBe and Rose both posting!!! Welcome back, Rose.... and EmBe, keep us posted on the baby.

Hello O-buddies!

Glad to see so many here today. I'm missing all of our other ladies, too. If they don't hurry up and post...they'll hear from me!!! Don't I sound threatening????

I just finished my O for tonight. I really didn't want to do it, but I'm glad I did anyway.

Rose, welcome back! I almost always have a headache, unless I've just visited the chiropractor, and even sometimes then. I find that doing O actually makes it feel worse doing the workout, but I take a break for a few minutes, and then start up again. I feel so much worse in so many other ways, if I don't O, that it's worth it to have to have an increase in my headache for a few minutes.

EmBe, I'm so glad you posted! We think of you so often, and we're anxious to hear all about this baby!!!

Kelly, you would have frozen in a deer stand here today, and tomorrow's supposed to be colder and windier. Ugh! Glad my work is inside, but I feel for those who work outside! I'm sure it was interesting to watch that armadillo!

Sharon, the water break was out in the corral, so they didn't have to shut the house water off. I was soo glad!

Gotta get to bed. Ya'll KOB now! (Yeah, I know, Yankees don't say that! Only I do!)
