Good morning y'all! I just finished my O! workout for the morning. This was the first time in awhile that I didn't incorporate any floor positions into my routine. I'll make up for that tomorrow. Smile DD and I did a 2-mile walk video.

I'm sorry your baby is sick, Mandy.
EmBe, I'm sorry, too, that you have a cold.

okay...better get busy packing DD's lunch and making breakfast. The dogs are probably all wondering why I haven't fed them yet, also!

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Hi everyone! I got in L1 today & my eating has paid off, I was down a half inch in the waist & an INCH in the thigh. No wonder my legs have been sore.

Have a good WE everyone!! We are painting & expecting the girls home on Sunday night.

Morning everyone. I'm still feeling lousy so I don't know what I'll accomplish today. Roll Eyes

Shelby, the cheesehead conversation Smile reminded me that you asked what part of Wisconin I'm from. We live in Milwaukee, so the complete opposite corner of the state from your hometown. We've lived in Wisconsin about 6 years. Btw, congratulations on your losses!

Have a good weekend everyone and happy breathing,

EmBe Cool

Well, I am back AGAIN! Roll Eyes

I don't have time to write much right now. I'm suppose to be baking a B-day cake for Grand-D #3. It is going to be a Winnie-the-Pooh one. You can go to our web-site & see what we have been doing the past 4 week-ends. Having LOTS of FUN!! Big Grin This week-end isn't so full. Just the b-day party tomorrow & everyone here for Sunday dinner.

Hello O-Buddies!

In the Change One book, it says that pushing a lawn mower for 30 minutes will burn 258 calories for a woman who weighs 180 pounds. So, I'm wondering, does a heavier person burn more calories doing the same thing that a lighter person does? Don't we burn more calories as we build muscle? Hmmm....

Nice to see you here today, Ellen. You must be quite a cake baker. I like to do that, too. Thanks for sharing your pictures! It was fun looking!

Shelby, congratulations on your losses!!! I'm proud of you!

Mandy, is your baby feeling better yet? I hope so!

Jeans...where are you?

I did my O late last night, and hope I can get it done earlier tonight.

Has anyone heard from Donna?

Thanks for being here, ladies!
