Hey everyone. I'm really trying to get into shape fast and drop some inches and weight. RIght now I'm doin the O L1 workout 2x a day and just trying to keep watch of what I'm eating. I'm seeing some results but I was wondering if any of you can give some great tips or position descriptions to help with the stomach and chest area. I don't have the money right now to buy the other workouts. Please advise

Jonathan it sounds like you are on the right track. I read your other post and you have it!
If you want to build your pec's press your fists together in front of you (chest high) in an O shape and do your regular O! breath. I do those a lot while I watch tv. Don't forget to drink a lot of water every day. Jeans |
