Hi Ladies:
L3 for me this morning; I really should do more of the Abs and Upper Body/Buns and Thighs workout--some of those positions are the same as in other levels but still, I think I need to change it up more and incorporate those into my rotation. I got very organized today. I made dinner for 2 nights this afternoon then did an L4 and Buns and Thighs 2..wow I can feel it!
Helene I am anxious to find out about your private consultation tomorrow..how exciting for you! Dinner is smelling great on this warm & rainy night. After the dinner cleanup I will have a shower and collapse and watch some Dancing With the Stars. I have 6 oxycise! tapes and I am doing 2 of them a day. As of tomorrow I am going to start getting in 30 min walks at noon hour as well. this is my 6 week plan - I can't seem to do anything beyond 6 weeks! lol That is fine, I will just make a new plan after my 6 weeks is up. My food is a little under if anything calorie wise and my water is under today too with my shopping and cooking half the afternoon. See you all tomorrow!
