Good morning, ladies!
I didn't O! yesterday due to lack of time, but today was L1 and I'm planning to get in as many extra breaths as I can throughout the day. I don't usually do that, figuring I did my 15 minutes and that's it, but....that extra oxygen can't hurt, right?? Linda Lou~ Don't you worry about bringing us down...we are here to help each other, and if you feel like you need our support or encouragement, you should speak right on up! Good morning everyone. Well, despite not posting any last week, I still got in my Oxycise every day (except Sunday, which I always take off...). I even got out of my rut for a couple of days and did L3 and L4! It was back to L2 this morning. My daughter and I only got in 8 miles of walk videos last week.
This is going to be a very busy week for me and I don't know if I'll have time to post regularly. Thursday is our annual Holiday Bazaar at our church and I'm one of those in charge. I'll be working hard Tuesday and Wednesday setting up, then the actual bazaar will be from 8-2 on Thursday. We serve lunch, have lots of handmade crafts and holiday decorations, baked and preserved good, and "trash & treasure". Last year we cleared over $5000, but it was an exceptional year. Things are tighter for everyone this year, so I don't expect the same. (sure would be nice, tho! I got so depressed about my progress last week, that I just quit posting. However, I missed all of you and decided I couldn't stay away! I just can't seem to get control of my eating! If I could do that, I KNOW I could lost pounds and inches....I've done it before. I just have to get my mind set. okay....I've rambled on long enough. Kelly |

Thanks, Susan and keep up the great work. I'm gonna try an L2 today and will let you all know how it goes- We missed you too, Kelly! I understand all about getting depressed over what may 'appear' to be a lack of progress, but listen to yourself and how great you're doing! 8 miles of walk video in a week is stupendous! And that Christian Yoga video sounds wonderful..I've been looking for something like that to supplement my O workouts. I've found a pregnancy Yoga tape but it seems a bit difficult. The eating part..well, that is definitely the hard part, but take one day at a time...actually, one meal at a time. Drink that water (with lemon!) and try to eat 4-5 small meals a day...that should help. PLEASE don't stay away too long..we need you Have a great day, everyone! Love Helene |

Thanks for the encouragement Helene. I did forget to mention that yesterday I drank over 150 ounces of water!!!
I treated myself to a couple of bags of lemons when I went to the SAMS store Saturday (only get there about 3 or 4 times a year), and I LOVE getting to have fresh lemon in my water!! I'll go through 1 or 2 lemons a day until they're gone. Then it's back to my bottled lemon. I've already downed 48 ounces today. Okay...back to my housework. Just took a break between sweeping and mopping. Kelly |

Hello all...
I'm back and about 90% over the sinusy sickness I just had for the past few days! This is the first day in almost a week that I can breathe well enough to O! - so I will do that tonight along with some weights. Feels great to be back. Talk to ya soon!
