Hello,
it has been awhile since I logged in. Reason being I had a hysterectomy. Was wondering if anyone knows how long you should wait to go back to oxycise after something like that? really miss it thanks becky |

Hi Becky! Welcome back. I agree with Jeans' suggestion to talk to your doctor. I think my sister had to wait at least 4 weeks before she did any abdominal work after her hysterectomy.
