Hi I did my L1 today & my buns are sore. Must be from yesterday's L3.

I putting my music back on my computer today. Long process but worth it. I love to turn on iTunes on random & let it go all day long.

Well, I think I'm still in a holiday fog! I did my commuter yesterday & today but not with much gusto. I got up, got ready for work, DH left for work - usual a.m. routine, right? It never even entered my mind to make his lunch till I was leaving! So, I called to tell him "sorry, I forgot..." & he said he thought his lunch box seemed a little light! So, neither of us is with it yet! He has a cafeteria at work so not a crisis.

Have enjoyed reading everyone's posts, goals, etc. It seems everyone is being very sensible which is really good - we'll all just keep getting healthier!

Mary, I think that you 9 lbs is great!

I'm off to do by O. Measured this morning and down 1/2 in on the hips. other measurements were the same butmuch better than gaining!

Kelly have fun doing crafts. If your DS, is at all like mine was as soon as he knows the scoops are there they will disappear!!

Shelby Ihope your daughter had a wonderful birthday yesterday. Good luck on getting all of the music back on. I also like to have music playing.

O2B - Somedays there are just too many things to remember, like lunches and badges for work
The other day my DH called me from work and asked me what I had done with his badge. I hunted and hunted and couldn't find it anywhere. He had to go and get a special badge. When he got home, he put his hand in his pants pocket and there was his badge! He-he it wasn't my fault.

Just finished L2. Got in about 10 extras while sorting wash. Will continue to do extras as I do wash & get ready for ALL day scrap tomorrow.

O2B-know what you mean about being in a fog-I've forgotten a make lunch before, then DH has to make it himself.

2B, I'm glad your dh won't go hungry anyway.

I had an email from Terrie Kay. She said to tell everyone "hi" and that she will eventually be back. She's busy getting ready to move, and trying to sell the house, but keeps faithful with O, because she's pregnant! She keeps inspired by looking at the pictures of our poster girl, Kelly!

My kids were asking for fudge at holiday time, but I told them that we always run into fudge at some get-together....so I didn't make any. Well, they had fudge one place, but it wasn't GOOD FUDGE!!! So, yesterday, after they kept asking for good fudge, I finally made a batch. Now, if I can just be good and keep from hoovering half of it myself.....

DS just shot a porcupine. The dogs were barking up a storm. I'm sure glad they didn't go to "investigate" with their noses!

My calendar is looking real good!

I did L3 today. I am going to try to get back on track with my water this week.

Kelly, good job on leaving those fat and salt laden corn chips in the cabinet. Better there than on your hard earned lean body, right?

Sharon, gosh, just staying the same in your measurements, let alone losing another 1/2 inch in the hips is great through the holidays!

Today is mending and sewing day. Will try to do some extra breaths while I am at the sewing machine. Every little bit helps. KOB!!!!

School started back today and everyone is back in their routine, and we have started on our healthy eating. I just did L2.

O2B-I used to live in the Chicago area....Romeoville.

Ellen- I need to go and buy some of those stars, for now I guess I'll just make one.

Yes I lived to live in BA in 1982-84 and then again 1990-95. My DS and DDIL live in Broken Arrow, closer to Catoosa. They live out in the country. We visited there in Sept.

In fact, I used to know a Missy in Claremore. Actually, we knew her parents. Their last name started with a Z.
