Good morning!!! I just finished my O!....did it right when I got up. DD didn't have to work today so it was nice getting to sleep later on a Saturday. I had a good weigh-in today despite all my splurges this week. No weight change (been the same for 3 weeks now), but I was down a half inch each in my waist, lower abs, and hips!

It was good seeing Shelby, Ellen, Sharon and Jennifer here yesterday. I enjoyed all your pictures, Ellen. Makes me want to bake sugar cookies! (guess I could use Shelby's recipe from her blog)

I'm sure I'll check back at some point later and maybe again tomorrow evening to see if anyone has been here. If not, though...here's wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas (or Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or whatever holiday you might celebrate)!!!

Hi Kelly!

Looks like it is just the two of us for now.
I am so glad to hear you had a good weigh in and having an inch loss at this time of year is wonderful!!!! Keep up the good work!!

I did some breaths this morning, and will do some all along through the day and evening.

DH & I are just going to have a quiet Christmas eve together. Then, tomorrow, we will pick up my Mother and go to my sister's house for Christmas.

I probably won't post tomorrow because we will have to be out and about early, but I hope every one of you has a great holiday, what ever way you choose to celebrate it.

Good morning Kelly and those to follow!

Yeah! I'm able to sit up and move a bit! Thank you for your prayers!! I have not been able to do any breathing for about a week now due to my back. Couldn't even move my pelvic let alone lift and tuck.

My son and DIL came down from Everett,Wash. Yeah, now my whole family is together. It's been years. So great to see how my grown kids are interacting with eachother after not seeing one another for such a long time. Puts a big smile on my face!

I wish all of you a wonderful, peaceful Christmas, please be safe and I'll touch base with you next week sometime.

Until next time...
Susie

Merry Christmas to all,
My Christmas has been wonderful so far. Ihad our family here today and then they were traveling on to the other side of their family. We had a really good time together and the little Grand-Children were so excited. Had a house full. My DH and myself will be going to our Sons tomorrow after we attend church service.

Susie so glad you are better. That is miserable.

Kelly, You do so good. Even with the Holidays.

Alicia. Have a good time tonight. My DH and myself watched a musical video after the croud left. It gave us time to settle our nerves a bit before we went to bed.

Merry Christmas to all.

Mary
