Hi Gals--

Thanks to both Shari and Lin for getting us started today Smile

We dropped my daughter off at Princeton yesterday as she begins her 4 weeks with the Junior Statesmen Foundation; We're all very proud of her--All 3 of my kids are thriving, and considering the year they've had missing their Dad; I'm very blessed, and I'm sure Peter is smiling!

L4 for me this morning; Have a great day!

Love,
Helene

Good Afternoon O!Friends,

I did my O! today (20 reps at home and 10 here at work). My food and water is better. I just found out from my doctor today that I am borderline osteoporetic (had a bone density test 2 weeks ago). Frown

Life goes on and I'm going to eat more like Jill's book says to eat (more of those healthy fruits & veggies and less meat/dairy).

Have a good evening!

Hello ladies!

Been a bit under the weather so only 20 reps today - will aim for a full workout tomorrow.

Melinda I'm sorry to hear about your bones. You know that weight bearing exercise helps with bone density right? Keep up the O, walking is good (supporting your body weight) and maybe talk to your doctor about wether working out with weights would help. And yes, diet is really important too - make sure you get at least 15 minutes of sunshine a day to keep your vitamin D levels up. Good luck!

Bye for now,
G.
