Hi Shari! I did my O! this morning, but not with as much gusto as I should have. At least I got it done.

Yep...I got my notice of shipment, too! I can hardly wait! I ordered some to give as gifts, too.

It's near 80 here and muggy! Not real "Christmasy" feeling at the moment!

I did get a computer routine in today.

HI fellow "breathers". Yep, it's me again.
I have been Oxcycising 5 or 6 days a week. I have a hip that is giving me a lot of trouble so I've been using Level 2. It seems to be helping. It is soo cold here! During this season it's important for me to do the routine on a regular basis, as it helps my joint s so much.
THose of you who live in warm climates...ENJOY! while the rest of us freeze!
I know all of you are as busy as I am and probably more, because you still have children at home. I don't know how you find the time to post every day. You all inspire me. Keep up the good work.
