Well, I just finished level 4. Haven't done that one in a long time. I like the stretch on my waist. (boy do I need work in that area!)

Have lots of cleaning to do. Have been putting things off way to long.

I'm getting awful. Lately I'm finding myself checking up on "all of you, my oxycise friends" way to much through the day. Got to get that under control. Anyone else do that?

Susie, I check in once or twice during the day if I have time but I usually don't log on until I'm ready to do my O!

I didn't have a chance to do O! last night. We dined out with friends and when we got home I was too tired to do anything.

It's cold here today... about 50 something and tomorrow will be colder. It feels good not reporting 90 plus degrees and 100% humidity. It's a breath of fresh air to me. I covered my plants tonight to shield them from the near freezing weather we expect overnight.

Well, I'm off to do L4 and about 110 situps. I need to do something about the belly!!! I did get up to 100 the other night. Wow, what a burn.

Hi Buddies!

We had 2 birthday parties to go to today! One was a lady that turned 90, and the other was an 18 yr old girl. It was fun to go both places! I didn't overeat real bad, so I'm not kicking myself tonight.

Susie, some days I check the board a lot, too. I think that we just need more support some times, so we need to know that our O-buddies are there! I'm always glad to see a new post!

I need to go do my O before it gets too late. I'm tired, so it'll probably be slow going, but I want to get it done.

Jeanne...that's cold? I thought that felt really good for the last 2 days! We've had it in the 50s, too. Good for you for doing all those situps! WOW! You amaze me!

Hello again!!

I didn't end up finishing my "O" yesterday. I forgot. Did some in the shower this morning. I normally take Sun off. But thought a few breathes would help make up for yesterday. Down 1 1/2 lbs this morning. In spite of a little stress eating Fri & Sat. It could have be worse. But thanks to some little reminders from DH & finding comfort in prayer & Bible reading I didn't go way over board. Inches the same.

Suposse to be around 56 here today. DH is concerned that the flowers might start coming up, if we have too many warm days.

Susie... there are days I get on here 2-3 times a day. Then some days I barely have the time to get on once.

Jeans...L4 & 110 sit-ups. You GO GIRL!!

Susanna...2 B-day partys. WOW! Good for you for keeping it under control. Our pastor's mother turned 90 last month. They had a Big Bash for her also.

Hey, it got down to freezing temps last night. It's good I covered my plants. It turned out to be a beautiful day in the high 50's-low 60's.

Last night I only made it to 100 situps but did my L4 too. I feel it today. It feels good.

I'm not sure if I'll do the situps tonight, I'll try L2 later.

Hi O-buddies!

Brrr...it was cold here today! I don't know how cold though, probably around 33 or 35. It was damp, so it felt colder.

Yeah...party, party, all I wanna do is party!

Today is our ds & dil's 1st anniversary.

I did my O last night, and my youngest ds wants to do it with me tonight, so we'll see if that can happen.
