Hey Tammy and Sheila...and everyone else! I did my O! this morning. My eating was really good again yesterday! Water, too. I'm really patting myself on the back because I've been SO bad the past couple of months. DD will come home for the holidays tomorrow evening, so I probably won't do quite as well from that point on. At least I know I can still do it!
