Hi, my name is Laura and I'm a newcomer. The reason I join this is because I would like to be part of this wonderful program and have someone who can honestly encourage me. I have been doing Oxycise on and off now for quite sometime. My problem is lack of consistancy I do very well for a week or 2 and then something happens and I get completely out of track. No that many people knows in my area about Oxycise so it is very difficult to share and have someone who is interested in doing this and be accountable to. Thanks for reading this. Looking forward hearing from someone... Again Thanks.

Good Morning, Welcome Laura Sargeant! (Can we call you Sarg?)I understand what you mean about consistency - I've been better lately but that is my biggest problem - with eating and exercise.
Melinka, I hope you will be able to enjoy some time with Ella as well as alone time.
Kelly, you continue to be a great inspiration. No b/d cake? - good for you!
I haven't O!'d for a couple days so need to get busy. We'll be doing some remodeling on our house and one of the things I'm looking forward to is a little more space so I'll have privacy for O! It doesn't take much space but I just like it better when I don't have anyone walking into or through a room when I in the middle of it. Hope everyone has a good day.
Welcome from me, too, Laura S.!! We'll help keep you accountable. Reporting in to this group every day is one of the main things that keeps me consistent.
Gee girls!!!!! that was awesome you sure are a very nice group. Can't believe I have messages from you already... WOW!!! I'm pretty new with computers so I'm not sure If I'm doing this stuff right. Anyway, I thank you so much for writing. Yes, you can call me Sarg.
I'm new here as well. You will find these ladies to be very encouraging. I find that reporting in to this group is a great motivator for me. Again, welcome!
