Eating and water was good yesterday. Hope to do well today.

Wow you guys have a lot of energy this morning!

Sheila- I had my teeth professionally whitened 2 years ago so every so many months I have to do a spot bleach with retainers and the peroxide tube they gave me. I just had not done it in a while and remembered I had to get my picture taken today at the newspaper for the Women in Business ads running on Thanksgiving Day and thought I better brighten up that smile! Now when I smile and I O you guys will really see me

I multitask too when I O! Often I read at my computer.

Hey y'all. Did my O! this morning. I often multitask while doing my O!, too. However, personally speaking...I tend to do it with more gusto when I'm totally concentrating on O!.
