Did my L2 this morning with one cat in my cheering section. He's deathly afraid of storms and we're having our share, so he's right under my feet.

Hi, I believe I am back on track now with walking 1 mile dvd one day and doing L1 O the next.

Eating is better, water good.

New Condo in Ohio is starting to feel more like home. Now we need to meet some neighbors. Been having a wonderful time with all the kids and grandchildren...a whole new lifestyle here than in Florida. We even have a nice garden (community garden)that the storms we have been having hasn't hurt but we do have a deer that walks thru it on the way to the lake....any tips for this deer problem?

Enjoying the walking and O again....some energy seems to be returning.

Good morning all. L1 for me again today.

Spent most of the night trying to console Baxter. He's deathly afraid of storms and trembled and cried all night. It was storming when he came to our door a few months ago, so I think that is probably why he is so scared.

There is so much flooding! We went to the grocery store and had to come home an alternate route. Part of one interstate washed out and another is shut down. Several major streets are closed and many secondary ones are closed as well. We have plenty of food, dog food, water, and electricity, so we are doing OK. They are opening shelters. Glad we went to the grocery when we did. I was supposed to take my dad to church in Columbus tomorrow, but there's no way for me to get there.

I did L1 today! I didn't get O! in yesterday because I slept in then we had an early visitor and by the time he left, my time was gone!

Hello all

I didn't do my O! yesterday but did take a short walk.

Here's the deal: Watching T.V. can be a real downer. With the gas prices and stock market on Friday, storms, tornadoes, flooding.....you get the picture. Anyway, i told my sweet hubby that it's all getting to me and I am in a funk! He said I needed to go do my O! SO, I did. Now I feel better but I still feel for all those out there suffering from the horrible weather conditions. I hope and pray all our O! pals (and those who are not) are safe and out of harms way.

No more TV for me today. I hope I will find time to fit another workout in today because it really did help a bunch.

Hi all!

I didn't do O! today...I mowed in the hot weather instead since it's supposed to rain again tomorrow. Our town (Columbus) is flooded, although our home is dry. Our local hospital had to be evacuated. Their basement flooded to the ceiling in 45 minutes (their lab and kitchen are in that part) and into the first floor. We listened to helicopters all night Saturday night (LifeLine and National Guard) evacuating neighborhoods. We've been without cable service most of the day so I couldn't get on here until now. We're under a boil water advisory. My husband brushed his teeth before we found that out....got really sick. But we're counting our blessings. Take care.

Hello ladies!

I didn't O yesterday because I was on a self defence course. It was great! I highly recommend doing one if you can. Quite sore muscles and a bit bruised today, but its all good .

Have managed to go for a stroll and do L1 - I think I will leave it at that for today.

Hello! Still been doing my "O" before bed. Got 6 stickers for last week!

Shari & Lee...SO glad you all are safe!!! We are usually the ones that are flooded. Wonder how much of that will come done the East Fork White River & get us? The river runs right through our little town of Shoals.

Jeans...I know what you mean about News being a real downer. I don't listen to it very often because it can really upset me. So sweet of your DH to know what you needed to do.
