Did not O! yesterday....made it my day off. Had another swim meet for my son, which he did well again (he dropped 20 seconds off of his time in ONE event and placed 2nd in others). He is having so much fun regardless. Hope to get back to a regular schedule today and get my breathing in.

I haven't O!'d yet but plan to later on. We will be on vacation 6/14 - 6/12. Lord willing, I'll post when I get back. Have a great week everyone. God bless!

Hi everyone! Glad to see everyone is working on their vacation plans! I walked 2 miles this am and now am off to mow the lawn to save DH from doing it on Father's Day! Wish me luck! I was doing well w/ water, but no O! yet for today.

Hello O-buddies!!!

I'm trying to get back on track, since our kids left yesterday. It was so much fun to have them here, but I always seem to lose my enthusiasm to exercise when others are around.

I hope we hear from more of our buddies over the weekend!!!

Helene, I'm glad you made it through the storms okay. This is just the craziest weather we've ever seen. At least we can't complain that it's too hot!!!

We feel so sorry for all of our farm friends here though, since the hail took their crops. Some of our closest friends lost so much....and we've been through that ourselves years ago, so we remember that awful letdown.

Okay, you all remember that you have an Oxypal in South Dakota that's thinking of you, and wants to hear how things are going regardless of whether you got your O done or not. High-fives to those who do!!!
