Good Afternoon, Everyone

I hope that you are all having a Happy Monday. I'm surprised to see that no one was here to start the thread for today. I appreciate the support here. I will probably O! tonight. We are planning to go out for a walk again in a few minutes. Cool I haven't been feeling very well today but I know that I'm doing the best I can. I've been eating healthy, drinking water and doing my other exercises (as well as deep breathing). I will check back a little later to see how everyone else is doing. Smile

Howdy, KOBAS, and all you movin' O!ers. I got up this morning and did 20 reps of O!'s and then I went out to walk for 30 minutes. During my walk, I did 10 more O! reps and felt great. I love Oxycise and how you can fit it into your busy schedule. Razz

I've been doing Oxycise regularly since March 1. This morning I weighed and measured. Would you believe it, I've lost almost 7 lbs. I have also lost 8 inches (including 2 1/2 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips and 2 1/4 inches from my rear end). I am also eating better - a whole lot more fruits and vegetables and less nervous eating of bread products. I feel great and have good energy.

I encourage all of you to buy and read Jill Johnson's book "Fuel for Success" and properly combine your foods. You honestly don't get as hungry and you are satisfied with smaller portions - it's AMAZING! You don't have to "count calories" which I've done most of my life.

After my total thyroid surgery on August 1, I started gaining weight and I felt sluggish. I had always had a lot of energy so it was very frustrating to me. Now that my thyroid meds are working better and I have added healthy eating and exercise (YEA Oxycise!!) my body is responding in a positive way by losing weight and having more energy. HALLELUJAH!!

Have a beautiful day Smile

Howdy, Melinda Smile

I noticed you are in TX. I was actually born and raised in San Antonio. But that was a really long time ago. Cool

Congratulations, on your wonderful weight loss and loss of inches. That is very impressive. I feel very happy for you. I say Amen to your HALLELUJAH!! Smile Wish there was an angel smiley to post here. lol

Thank you for sharing about the Fuel for Success book. I have not read that one yet and will consider it now.

I'm excited and feeling encouraged about my walk today. Yesterday, we walked for an hour and the distance was a little more than a mile. Today, it wasn't as windy at the lake so we were able to walk the mile in 35 minutes. It's becoming a lot easier to breathe since starting the O! breathing on Thurs of last week. Going to do O! now. Hope you have a great evening! Smile

Hi Melinda & Kobas,

Melinda, congratulations on your success! That's awesome.

I O!ed yesterday (along with a Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk/jog dvd), but not today. I did do an hour of aerobics, resistance work and stretching.

Have a great evening and happy breathing,

Good evening everyone,

Didn't get my O done today. Maybe this evening before I go to bed. I'm on vacation so am slacking off some.

Congrats to those that have lost weight and inches. Great job.

Eating was good today, water needs more work.

Sorry about your puppies, Susanna.

Have a wonderful evening. KOB and smiling.

Hi all.
I always post so late. It's because this is my uniterrupted time.
Did Level 3 today...several "breaths" througout the day. The eating this week has not been good.
My husband pastors a church and we are invited out often. I don't like to make anyone feel bad so I order things I really shouldn't eat. I can't eat salads, so that leaves all the "not so good stuff." Anyway, I am trying. I made myself a chart to record the days I "O" and also the level I did.
Goodnight to anyone that may be a "night owl" like me.
