Ruth again here! Smile
Had over a week of being VERY sick with an attack of diverticulitis. Still trying to regain some strength. Today is the first time I have had enough energy or strength to Oxycise since I got sick.
For people who think this is just too easy to be of any good should try doing it after being in a debilitating state. It took every ounce of determination to finish the 2nd level tape. Hard work.
Well, have a good weekend all.
Ruth

Ruth, I'm glad you are feeling better.

L1 for me today. I'll try to fit another DVD in later.

Just wanted to check in and say Hi.

Rainy yucky day here in Pittsburgh, so not much else to do. I keep getting rained on outside trying to do work, so getting everything caught up inside.

First, of all Ruth, Happy belated birthday wishes. Glad you are feeling better now.

Lenny and I are hanging in there. He was very tired last night and today. He did finally make it back to work this week and had a pretty good week but it all caught up to him last night and he was wore out.

He gets his final PET/CT scans done on 6-24 and we see the doctor on 6-27 to see if there is any further cancer uptake growing or not. I am still trying to convince him daily to consider doing nutritional cleansing and proper supplements and nutritional eating to keep himself cancer free. It is pretty much a given fact that once you have this, if you do not take care of yourself properly, you will more than likely have a recurrence in 1-5 years of it and the recurrence is usually twice as bad as the first time and his was pretty bad this time, so I can not even imagine twice as bad as this and neither can he. So, I only hope that he is taking little bits and pieces of what I am telling him into consideration so we do not have to go through this again (plus he says he does not think he can go through all this chemo, pain and agony again) He is usually pretty pain tolerant but this was really bad he said. I asked him to at least consider doing my naturopaths body soaks if he won't consider doing the nutritional cleansing. He has to pull all these toxins out of himself somehow and keep his good cells regenerating. I just pray daily that he will gain the strength and wisdom to see it my way, if nothing else just to shut me up! LOL.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Shari and Susanna thanks for the private emails. Always keeps me in line. Tammy of course thanks for your daily nudges and things blaring in my ears! LOL.

Lin

Hello O-buddies!

Jeans, our garden isn't a total loss, and I stuck a few more squash seeds in the ground today. Good to see you here today. Wink

Lin, thanks for your email and for updating us on your life. Smile Glad things have settled down a bit. I really hope Lenny will listen to you!!

Ruth, I'm glad to see you here, too. Did you look back at all the birthday greetings for you? Smile Hope you had a happy day!

We had a warm day here. Actually ran the AC for the first time. The sun was hot, and the mosquitoes are hungry and thick!!! UGH!!!

I'm off to O!!!

Smile Susanna
