Well, Roll Eyes I do not rock afterall. Wink I did not get my additional O! workouts done last night. I actually fell asleep pretty early; I had trouble going to sleep the night before. Anyway, I'm caught up on my rest now!

I did Level 3 this morning.

I WILL do another O! this afternoon. Smile

Susanna, will you email me information on Change One? I just picked up a copy of the book on the Amazon Marketplace. Looking forward to learning more. Thanks!

Have a great day, everybody.

Good morning! I just finished doing my O!. DD and I did 2.5 miles of walk video last night. My eating was better yesterday and my water was good.

Lin, keep us posted on Lenny and your pup!

Hope to see lots of posts today!

I just did L1 with a headache and I kept yawning (does that ever happen to you?) but I got it in. I think you guys are going to be the key to the upkeep. Thanks for being here.

High five.....

Lee Lee, if you are yawning a lot (or for those that get dizzy when O!ing), it means you don't quite have your inhales and exhales balanced. I did a search and found this explanation that EmBe posted a long time ago:

Something else I was thinking of, was that Jill mentions (in the intro video maybe?) that you can tell if you're not taking in enough air compared to what you're breathing out if you start yawning during Oing. That means your body isn't getting enough oxygen in. (On the flip side of that, if you're feeling dizzy that means you aren't breathing out enough CO2. Hope I got all that right.)

Thanks. That makes sense. I yawned mostly in the beginning but when I got to the wall exercise I started concentrating more on what I was doing. Today is one of those days where I can tell I didn't get enough sleep and I am not thinking clearly. That was mighty nice of you to search that out for me. Smile

Good morning (almost afternoon) O!Friends,

I woke up and did my 30 minutes of walking. It was a beautiful morning - windy, though. I haven't done my Oxycise yet. I did 5 reps while walking, but have more to do. I will try to do them as the day progresses.

I've been doing well with my water and food. I did have a cookie this morning. Confused

Have a blessed day!

Hi everyone. It looks like I haven't posted for a few days. Sorry about that. I've been working a lot of hours and sometimes I hate to be on the computer after I've worked all day.

Hope my Hoosier friends (and others who have been having recent storms) are all safe. We haven't had much damage.

I'm still doing O twice a day. Today I did L1 twice.

I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Shari

I'm back! Hope everyone's having a great afternoon. It is a scorcher Eek in North Carolina today (first head advisories of the year).

Shari, great to see you here again -- congrats on the 2 workouts!!! Keep it UP! Big Grin

Susanna, thanks so much for sending me the Change One information.

More soon. I really need to breathe away some stress this evening, so I'll definitely be doing at least one O! tonight. Smile

Hello ladies!

I got 2 workouts in today, and managed to drink more water. I still had some cashews though, but not too many Smile. Not a bad start to week 2.

Tammy, I'm glad you mentioned that you were going to 'breathe your stress away', because it reminded me of just how good O is for the mind as well as the body.

bye for now,
G.

Hello O-buddies!!!

It was cool here today, and a bit rainy. This is sooooo unusual for us!!! We're quacking up!!
Really, we're enjoying it. Smile

Tammy, I still think you rock. I really like my Change One book, so I hope you will, too.

Great to have a few more posters here lately. Keep up the good work, ladies!!!

I didn't O yet, but I'm going to when I get offline. I can tell such a difference, especially in sleeping, so I want to get it done!

Smile Susanna
