Good Morning O!Friends,

This is a very wet morning here in Dallas. Storms are heavy - I just heard that the police saw a funnel cloud - possibly a tornado. Every day is a journey, isn't it?

I started out with some O! - 20 reps at home and 10 at work. I have been really bad about eating food with gluten (pasta, crackers, bread) and my body is really itching. I know better, I just eat it anyway - DUMB Roll Eyes

Have a great day. Drink lots of water. Make good choices. Exercise. Encourage someone today!

Melinda Wink

Hi Gals; Melinda, stay safe! The weather has been truly wicked in alot of the US lately-

So nice to always see such enthusiasm from both our new and experienced members--It's very inspiring.

L3 for me this morning; I had forgotten how much I enjoy that one; I think it's my favorite, esp. 'Soaring'; such a lovely praise pose.

Have a great day everyone,
Love,
Helene

I did L1 with Lydia. She's taking the cassette and the book with her to the States so I won't have it this summer. My three oldest babies are leaving the 26 for 2 months!!!

Trying to stay on track. We have been running around a lot this week and although I cringe with the gas usage, I am taking those "dead" times in the car to do some extra breaths. The other night, I was able to get in 120 extra breaths. It helps since we have not been home much.

Another really busy day. Our son is getting his new prosthesis this afternoon and we have plans all evening. Hoping to get my breathing in soon because we won't be home until midnight.

Hi Cuties!

I did my 3 day of level 4 yesterday (along with Lotte Berk and walk away the pounds). I forgot how nice Oing making my skin and hair. I really WANT to do it tonight and hope to. But it's my first day of my monthly cycle and I have terrible cramps and fatigue.

The weather has been crazy. I'm in Nebraska, we had tornados the other night, scary stuff. We are fortunate that we do not have the flooding that Iowa has.

Shelby, I hope the time away from your children goes fast.

I agree with Helena, Soaring is one of the best! All poses are great, but some are more diffcult than others. I find the one where you round your back and strech your hands to the floor the hardest. I have a lot of tummy fat and can't see do to the scoope in that position. Oh well, I'll keep at it.

Everyone have a wonderful day,

Jilly

L3 for me today!

Melinda, stay safe. Hopefully those storms will pass by quickly.

Helene, I agree with the enthusiasm on this board. Sometimes I feel like being lazy and not O'ing. All I have to do is read a few posts and it gets me in the right frame of mind.

Shelby, sounds like your kids will be having lots of fun!

Sandy, good job on those extra breaths. I hope things go well with your son's new prosthesis.

Jilly, glad the storms are out of your area. I also like WATP and Leslie's enthusiasm.

Have a great evening!

Shari

Good afternoon all,

Did L2 this morning with other stretching exercises. Eating and water has been fair.

Melinda, hope those storms aren't too bad there, rain is nice, just not all that crazy stuff (tornados, wind).

Shelby, hope your children enjoy their time in the States.

Sandy, hope all goes well with your son.

Jilly, hope you get over the cramps and fatigue quickly.

Hope to see more posts here this afternoon. Have a great day. KOB and smiling.

Hello ladies!

Day 1 of week 4 for me and unfortunately no time to do my O workouts today, but I do have soem good news - I've dropped 1kg! Only 1 more to go to reach my goal. I'm in no hurry though, its more important to me that I keep up my O workouts, so I can continue to tone up. (I can really see and feel a difference in my arms, now waiting patiently on my tummy to respond.) But the biggest thing for me has been the increase in energy. So great to get that boost in the mornings, and in the evenings after work. But I don't need to tell you all about the benefits of O aye?

Take care, work hard and expect results!
G.

YAY!!! It's AWESOME to come in here and find so many posts tonight!! Thanks, dear O-buddies!!!

I didn't O today, or get much exercise because I was nauseated and felt like a wet noodle. If I can, I'll still do my workout on the floor before bed though.

Millie, you can always share the benefits you're experiencing with us!!! AYE!? Canada? Smile

Sandy, how did things go this afternoon?

Shelby, what will you do without your kids??? When ONE leaves it feels like half the family is gone!!! I hope they have a wonderful time over here though. Smile

Melinda, what can I do to help you quit eating the stuff that makes you itch??? Come on!!! You WERE doing really well, and loving the way you felt better. Do you need a kick or a hug? Wink

Kelly, how's everything? I've been trying to cut back on eating, but not always succeeding. I also need to knock off 20 pounds again....so I know JUST what you're talking about.

Polly, are you back on the wagon yet?

Ellen, I'm glad you still check in with us on occasion. I know you're really busy.

Jeans, thanks for your encouragement!

Lin??? Tammy??? What's up???

Shari, thanks for all of your posts lately.

Sheila, thanks for being steady here.

Helene, I appreciate your positive input, too.

Ruth, are you here tonight?

Nancy, I'm so glad you're posting again!

Jilly, I'm sorry you're experiencing such pain! I hope tomorrow is better!!!

I don't mean to leave anyone out. I really appreciate all of my O-buddies, and hope that anyone that's reading will post and update us on their lives. Smile

Just returned home from this week's swim meet. It was called due to thunder/lightening. Joseph didn't do as well tonight with his times but technically he was much better.

Had no time to do O! today nor any extra breaths. I plan to make it a point to get it done before we leave tomorrow. My husband is thinking about getting me Level 2 for my birthday. That will be fun.

Joseph did get his new prosthesis. I am so thrilled---we have been going back for fittings every week since the beginning of May! He is not sure he likes this one but I am making him wear it a few weeks to make sure it is just not because it is new and actually fits him compared to the one he has been wearing for the last 2 years. We plan on going to the Zoo tomorrow so we'll really be able to break it in.

Almost midnight and we are all still up. I'll try to check in tomorrow....
