Question:
I don't know if this is where I write just to say hello. It has been so long I can't remember. Thank you Susanna for helping me. I think I got it right.
With everything that has gone on with me this summer I slacked off with the Oxycise. BAD MOVE! EekI put on a few pounds and got stiff. I have some osteoarthiritis so I need this. I had to start at Level 1. I am back on course though. I really need to come to this site always and read everything all of you people write. The newsletter for Sep 6 was wonderful.
Congratulations Kelly! I need to loose 50 lbs not just for my heart but for my knees. I have lost two lbs again. I have a very difficult time at my age loosing.
