I do not do the oxycise tapes everyday, but when I do the tapes, I always do my best! I have problems with my sinsuses, I can't seem to get the 3 sniffs in, or maybe just one, I sure try though. Every morning, while still laying in bed, before I get up, I do at least 6 of the oxycise basic breaths, better than nothing, it helps with my breathing, feeling unstuffy in my nose.
I do not enjoy all the positions with oxycise the positions i do like, I will do during commercials when watching tv. I am not crazy about exercise, but my 43 inch belly sure needs it! I am only 5'1 and people ask me if I am pregnant I am def. not, but I do not know what is wrong with me, because I am retaining water, and I feel uncomfortable, have been for a year and a half.
Anyways, I send a big hug to everyone who reads this, bless your heart, I am just expressing,it helps me out so much!!! I did 2 oxycise tapes today, so I feel good about that.
I will write back in a month, hopefully I will have results, my bday is coming up and I hope to weigh at least 133 by then -with my huge rolly belly, none of my clothes fit, I use big safety pins when I go out, and when I am home, I change back into my elastic shorts, pants, skirts, it is pathetic. I refuse to buy larger clothes. I am currently a size 10/12 I pray for my belly to shrink down, I pray for a miralce!
The progress and sucess, is this gives me hope! This is a goal I have, and that keeps me moving in the right healthy direction. THIs gives me hope that I can reduce my cellulite, that is now on the front of my thighs, I hope I can wear shorts in public again and feel comfortable with body to meet a great guy and have a relationship, cause right now, I do not like looking at my body.
