I weighed and measured late this morning: I'm down 7 pounds and 5 inches since the beginning of June!! I'm so excited!! My asthma has improved dramatically, and I passed my stress test and physical with flying colors-

 Continued success. For the last several days my weight has been fluctuating up and down about 1.5 pounds. I know that's to be expected so I'm not worried.I'm glad your asthma has improved and congratulations on passing your stress test. Rich |
