Hello everyone! I wanted to be able to tell you that I had reached my goal today, but I can't quite say that yet. In fact, my scale really hurt my feelings this morning by telling me that I was up 2 pounds again! WinkCrazy scale! LOL I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist this past month, and for several days my weight has shown a 2 pound loss.

Starting weight 226 pounds
Current weight 160 pounds
Goal weight 155 pounds
Inches lost 28 1/2

When I think of where I started from 1 year ago today, I just really feel thankful and happy! Big Grin
Thank you for your encouragement and help!

Congrats, Susanna, on your continued success. As for the scale, just tell it to mind it's own business! You probably just have a little water weight for some temporary reason, right? You are a source of hope for all of us!

Congrats, Susanna! Big Grin You are my inspiration. My one-year anniversary of starting to watch what I eat and exercising is coming up on February 24. My one-year anniversary for starting O! is May 13. I really hope and pray I can have wonderful results like you when that time comes!

You should be very proud of your accomplishments. We sure are! Big Grin

What a great feeling it must be to have achieved what you set out to do. When you reach the goal set what will you do? Have you completed all the tapes to get there. I am new at this since Jan. 1.I totally enjoy the exercises besides the walking i do. But most of all i enjoy the support that is out there for everyone.Sometimes the scales have a way of being contankerous. Ha Ha. Have a good one.

Blue Eyes, I don't have any way to watch videos, so all I use is Jill's Oxycise! book and the commuter tape. I have added some positions from magazines and other websites for variety, and just do the oxycise breath with each one. I really like the "awesome legs" positions from the t-tapp site. My dh loves to tease me about my awesome legs now. WinkI plan to continue with O even after I reach my goal. I love the way I feel when I am consistent with O! Also, I'm working on strengthening my legs so that I don't continue to "push" myself up with my arms whenever I get out of a chair. I still have some firming up to do...so you see, reaching my goal weight isn't the only thing I want! I plan to bother my O-buddies online for a long time yet! Wink

Jennifer, you were right. Those 2 pounds came right back off again! Big GrinSo now I can update my post to say that my current weight is 158lbs.

Bye for now. Susanna Smile

You are an inspiration to everyone in the big O.
I don't know if i could have went that far with just the book and tape. You have done wonderful. Be proud and keep up the good work. Big Grin
