OK its been a week now, The first few days of the week I did not use the video because I didnt have it. After it got here I still didnt use it as much because its a little fast for me, I like to take my time and relax when I am doing the breathing. I dont know if I am just conditioned to do that from all the Yoga or what but I just cant breath fast. I have to have candles lite and be all serious about it..lmao
I am a goof like that. And I was a little worried I wouldnt see results since I cant seem to *get with the actual program and the 15 minute thing and prefer my own postions to the ones on the video* But I am thrilled to report that even though I am a stubborn butt and too flakey to find the measuring tape and use it, I can tell you my first week results in my own way here. Oh and to be offical I should state for those reading this that are watching to see if it works I will be honest and tell you anything else I have done that might of contributied anything I did dance more, I am a tribal belly dance teacher and performer for those that dont already know I didnt ( I am easily amused I know But ok so I did dance slightly more then my usual and I was earlier in the week trying to eat a little less junk, not on any particular diet just saying you know if I am gonna breath like a fiend and do all this, it might help if I not throw a bunch of junk in my mouth, I had also just seen the documentary super size me, so I am a little anti mega junk/fast food right now anyways, but trust me still no health nut. I dont have a inch of health nut in me. So I was just really watching little debbie exposure, no trips to Mcondals, no undiet soda and trying to consume more water. I didnt do so good..LOL I started off good but by midweek, had mcdonalds, had dennys, forgot to walk over to the water cooler, and actually had some pepsi, which is werid..I never do that, but this week it just so happened I ran out of diet coke and my neighbor gave me some pepsi instead. And then Friday and Saturday, I am the assistant manager of a apt complex and ever tenant here apparently felt the need to make me pie and cake and cookies. And bring them in all on the same 2 days. So ummm..yah.. Who am I to turn down home baked goodies from my tenants you know? That would just be rude. So I ate them all Then Sunday I went to a xmas party with a free bar..oh my..lol Lets just say I consumed my fair share shall we and there was no breathing going on.. well not oxycise heavy breathing anyways..LMFAO HA ANYWAYS.. but here is the amazing part, the point of this long post here I STILL BELIEVE IT OR NOT I have seen amazing progress in the tummy area, my upper part, which is where I was going for, by the ribs and then espically through the waist line, the actual width of my belly has reduced so much I can see it clearly in the mirror. I am betting if I had measured I had to of lost a good inch atleast right off the waist. Now as far as this little roll of flub I have right over my belly button that annoys the living hell out of me, that I didnt see alot of progress on, and thats actualy what I am shooting for, but my god my waist line shrunk. So I aint gonna complain here right now. I have this huge performance next saturday I am gonna breath that upper ab little roll right off me, watch me..I am..lol I will report back next week on it, but I have full faith in myself here .. If I can knock atleast a inch off my waist, surely I can get that little annoying flub thing off. Now as I was saying in a eariler post today another serious shocking progress was actually made on my back, I caught my own reflection of my back last night in the mirror, with my dance bra on and I have seen my back on video tape with my dance bra on and I know exactly what it looks like, I am very bonded with my back fat..lol And I mean I had to do a double take, it was werid, I DIDNT EVEN RECOGNIZE MY OWN BACK..the dam fat was gone, I was actually scared for a min, though some other half naked chick was in my bathroom or something..lmao I am serious! My back fat is gone! its just gone, I dont know where it went, but its gone! SOMEONE STOLE MY BACK FAT..!!! My back looked so good, I felt like just making out with myself there..LMFAO too much information? yup..but I dont care..I have to tell you.. My back looks sexy man..I aint playing.. and the day before I had seen my inner thighs in the mirror and I had these 2 pouches of fat way up I mean tip top of the inner thigh, that drove me nuts before, they happened after my 2nd child and the anti depressant weight came on, and before when I was younger even when I would put on a few pounds my legs had always remained pretty thin but after my daughter and the 2 years I was on meds and got big big, I had these 2 annoying lil pouches of fat stuck on there, belly dance couldnt kill them, yoga wasnt killing them, they were just there..stuck there..and I look down the other day..THEY ARE GONE.. SOMEONE STOLE THEM TOO! I couldnt believe it !! It was freezing out that day but I felt like putting on shorts and showing all my tenants look my werid little pouches of flub are gone man! and look at my back? lmao aint it sexy? LOL so yes this is my report here on progress..I was aiming for my tummy roll but got a sexy back and upper inner thighs , so I am thinking maybe I should aim for my back and thighs to get a better tummy? Lmao But yes I am all happy about my first week on here, and dying to see what this week brings and if I will win the war with the annoying above my belly button lil roll there Because that thing has been there since my 2nd child too and really seems to love it there, but I say its time for EVICTION NOTICE AYE AYE? yes ..5 day notice..comming right up..lol here we go Starting Date 8-2-2005 Goal To stay commited to the program daily , every day for 6 months straight. (new years day 2006 ) Starting weight & size 175 & 14/16 WHAT WILL I BE ON NEW YEARS DAY 2006? *new years dream* Under 140lbs and a size 6/8 |

Oh forgot to say that even though I am not measuring or well I havnt yet anyways, I know for sure its not just me going blind.
My favorite pair of jeans in the world, sz 12, extra long gap jeans that I wear constantly. Had started getting very tight before I started Oxycise again last week. That was one of the reasons I knew I was getting way bigger, because when fall started this year they were very loose and up to last week I was having problems getting them zipped and that was not cool at all, I love these suckers no way I am growing out of them..no no , cant happen so that is actually when I was like okaaaaaaaaaaaay gotta do something, then after that I had tried on my costume for this peformance and saw the ever growing tummy and knew okaaaaaaaaay yup somethings gotta give last friday on casual day at work I went to put on them jeans after doing oxycise at that point for 5 days in a row. and they are loooose again..really loose..not even a smidge tight.. Annnnd get this, I was on my period.. and THEY WERE LOOSE! so yup its not just my imagination I lost me some flub last week, oh yes I did. Starting Date 8-2-2005 Goal To stay commited to the program daily , every day for 6 months straight. (new years day 2006 ) Starting weight & size 175 & 14/16 WHAT WILL I BE ON NEW YEARS DAY 2006? *new years dream* Under 140lbs and a size 6/8 |

Funny but I saw my reflexion once when I was in a mall when I'd just started losing with O! & I turned & looked & thought,"Who is that lady with my kids?" Took me a sec but hey-it was me!!! I took a small dive right after that big performance, my job got just downright insane, I was working like 50 hours a week and I done went and lost my mind doing that. So I am just now getting back down to normal hours and pulling myself together I stopped oxycising and gained back my flub that had been stolen..lol IT WAS GIVEN BACK DAMMIT! So as of today I just did my oxycise, and I feel all good and energized and ready for the day and I am starting over NOW YALL DO NOT LET ME QUIT AGAIN I get so frustrated, I do it, and I loose inches and I feel all good and alive and full of vitality and then boom I quit doing it WHY???? lol Dont let me do that..lol I am serious..:P Starting Date 8-2-2005 Goal To stay commited to the program daily , every day for 6 months straight.
