Gosh after reading all these successes I'm about ready to jump out of my chair and do my Oxycise. I am a 40 yr old mother of 3 boys- 15,7,&5. Happily married ( this May will be our 20th Anna.) My husband promised he would take me on a cruise for our Anna. if I'd lose some weight. When we met I weighed 135 lbs and last month I topped out at 205. I'm 5'7" so it didn't look that bad until recently. I've Oxycised for about a month (off and on) cut back on the sugar and increased my fiber intake and have lost 7 lbs so far. I guess we all have to start somewhere. LOL. Well I'm off to Oxycise!! Good luck to all and God Bless.

Way to go on the 7 pound loss, that's alot for a month. Wish I would lose that.
Keep posting on here with all of us and we will make you accountable, this site is so good for the support, we are all going through the same things

Wow! That's fantastic! Seven pounds in a month is awesome! I too hope that I will be able to report a 7-pound weight loss within a month! It's great to hear success stories like that!
