No lie. I have no idea if I really am but the other day I was around some people I haven't seen in a while and it sure seemed like I was looking at them from a slightly higher perspective. And my husband has been telling me for a while that I look taller. I'm a short one so it's a nice thought. Could just be that O has strengthened my core muscles so my posture is better, huh? Anyway,I like it!!

Yup, your posture is getting better. I feel the same way-especially after I do the Torpedoes.
Just wanted to thank you for keeping me in your prayers. That means a lot.
This is really strange, but I dreamed about you last night. You were on a talk show on a panel of experts about exercise and religion. I knew it was you, because they flashed your name on the screen. Weird, huh? Dreams are so strange sometimes. What a riot.
Just wanted to share that with you...maybe give you a chuckle or two for the day.

Great news - I'll look forward to this. Not only am I a shorty too (with very short legs!), my posture just plain sucks! - sorry but there is no other way to put it.
It's true! I've noticed better posture as well! I think it's wonderful!! As a tall person, it is easy to slouch because there are so many things that you bend over to do. I've always struggled with trying to remember to straighten up, but it's become so much easier with Oxycise!

I finally got around to measuring my height. Yup, I'm about 5' 2-1/4" which is about an 1/2 to 1 inch taller than I've ever measured before. Every little bit counts when you're height challenged!

EmBe, do you think it could be all those O stretches you've been doing? Could be the posture thing too. Whatever it is, congratulations, you're growing up!! LOL

Julie, you have my permission to use anything I ever say that might be helpful to the newsletter ever! I would love for other people to know how great Oxycise is. I do my part spreading the word to people I know, but I can only reach so many, you know.

Me too Julie. I sent mom tape EDI L3 for her birthday. She was thrilled to death. Now she has all three. She is going to let her tap dance teacher look at it and then take it to the Senior center. She wants everyone to feel as good as she feels. jean
