Hi O-buddies! I just wanted to ask each of you to share in one spot here, what Oxycise has done for you. I can't keep track of who's lost how much, and I'd really like to know. I know some lose slowly, and some seem to hardly lose at all, but there are other benefits that are just as important.

For myself, just 11 months ago I was hardly able to do my shopping. If I sat on the floor I had to have help getting up. My knees hurt, and my hip and lower back were just constantly aching. In fact, I spent a lot of time laying on a heating pad, trying to get some relief. I still have times when I have hip and back pain, especially if I'm on my feet for several hours, but a little rest usually takes care of it now. When I am consistent with O, my hip and back don't bother me nearly as much. My dh is always telling me how much more active I am, and it's such a relief to him to see me feeling so much better.

I know I've posted my report just last week, but since I asked everyone to post theirs, I'll post it again.

Starting weight Jan. 17, 2003 226 pounds
Current weight Dec. 23, 2003 160 pounds
I've lost 27 inches total, measuring 4 places.

I do Oxycise sporadically, if at all, but I do try to do conventional exercise as much as possible. I've noticed that when I do, I have less (if any) neck pain. Usually my neck muscles get really tight and my joints get out of place, and I have to go to the chiropractor. But since I've made more of an effort to keep on with my exercise, my neck does better. It's only been a week on "O", but I notice more energy, just a stronger feeling in my body, and I seem to be sleeping better....less waking up through the night (sleep apnea), so, that's all encouraging after only 1 week! Sheryl

Susanna,

Looks like you're doing great! Have you done any other exercise besides oxycise? Any kind of eating plan? And how many times per week on an average have you done oxycise? Oh yea...and doing what levels? Okay. Nuff questions for now! Big Grin

Sorry I didn't see your questions here until this morning. I use Jill's book, which is level 1, and I do it once a day, 5 or 6 days per week. I usually don't do any other exercises, except for taking walks with my children when the weather is nice....so there haven't been any walks for quite a few months!!! I use the ChangeOne plan from Reader's Digest. They outlined this plan in the Jan. 2003 issue, and that's all I have used. However, they do have a website and a book for more information. It is not a diet, but just gives an outline of calorie intake and combinations of food to eat.

What about you? Did you decide to go ahead and order Oxycise? I hope you will give it your best effort, because it works!!!

Have a great day! Susanna Smile

Hi,
Yes, I WANT to order the book. I checked on Amazon and they will ship in 1-3 weeks. That's too long (I'm not very patient). I've been meaning to call the oxycise number and see how quickly they ship it out, but I keep getting home to late to call. I just went back to work after being off for 3 months from a car accident (which I gained 25# from just laying around and eating everyone else's good cooking). So, right now I'm really too tired to even breathe. It's just so hard for me to imagine it actually working. It's so simple. And I don't understand why it works so well for you and for others, not at all. Let's hope I'm in the same category as you. Keep up the good work!

EllieMae, howdy Smile
Welcome, It doesn't take long for the books to arrive, i have had good luck within a week of getting my orders.
I know you will do well with the program because you have made the effort to make contact and thats always the begining. I started Jan. 1 of this year. I have put forth all the effort i have to achieve my goal, I am still working faithfully on it every day. I enjoy the reps and the books i have read on the program & results of others who are doing them.I kinda stick with the foods from the FFS. I don't even miss the things i love the most, i don't have the cravings for them but if i did i would probably have it to get over it & move on.
Keep your chin up, and let us know how things are going for you. Roll Eyes

Hi!

Am on my second week of O!. I spend about two weeks doing only the Basic Breath, about 10 -15 reps a day. I have lost 9 cm (about 3.5 ") in these past 3 weeks and I can't wait to pull out the measuring tape coming Sunday. Weight has stayed the same but I figured that I'm replacing fat with muscle so I will shrink and not necessarily lose the weight right away.

Made myself a promise: to look hot by summer and it looks like I'm going to keep that promise.

Hi. I have been doing O! for 10 days, I love it. I have so much energy. My muscles ususally tight and sore are so much looser. I have a back injury from a car accident and sometimes it makes my legs hurt, but this week the pain is so much better and I can even run down the stairs now ( I have not done that in a while). My ability to deal with stress is much improved and instead of dragging myself out of bed in the mornings I wake up limber and energized and ready to start the day. It used to take me about an hour before I felt awake enough to do anything (shower included). I have also seen a change in my waist line and thighs and hips, also some in my face! I am so excited. I am a size 28/30, and would desperatley like to go to at least a 12, I know it will take time but I believe I have found the solution. I also swim 3 to 4 days a week and have started O! breathing while I swim.

HI Julie,
No problem sharing. I have been emailing all my friends and family to check out O! In the first week I lost a grand total ( and I checked it 2x) from 7 measured places 12.25 inches, I was in shock! I was hoping for maybe 4 inches total. Eek I have found that if I do O! before bed I sleep so much better and wake up so energized I can literally bounce out of bed, Not something I have ever done! My husband likes that I have the spark, or pep back in my personality. I have also noticed that my face is much thinner! Yeah! I Have prayed for something like this for so long.

Michelle,

I can't imagine results like this!! You're doing wonderful things for your body, obviously!!

What part of Wyoming do you live in? We live close to the border, on a ranch near Newell, SD.

HI Susanna, We live on the southwest corner close to Colorado and Utah borders.
I am so amazed this week I lost another 8.5 inches that is 20.75 inches in 2 weeks, my face looks so much thinner and I feel and look so much younger! ( I am only 28 but now I look like I did when I was 22).

Hello,
My one month results are astounding. I measured from 7 places and lost 26 inches that is an average of 3.7 inches from each spot. I am simply amazed!
I did realize last night after reading the newsletter, that I was not breathing correctly, I kept my abs tight the whole time, I guess I thought I could work them harder and get better results, well, let's see how I do when I do it right Wink

SmileJoyful congratulations on your huge loss. You go girl.
I did the breathing wrong too, in fact I still catch myself holding my abs in when I inhale. Lots of us have made the same mistake. You still had great results...keep up the good work. Big Grinjeans

Thanks Jeans, glad to know I am not the only one who made that mistake.
I measured again this week. I measure every Friday. I lost another 6.25 inches! They are coming off so easy. By just breathing right I lost 3.25 more inches than the week before.
God has been so good to lead me to O! and to bless my results.
My husband who is 6'4" and barely 200 with a 32 inch waist has started to do the O! breathing while he is driving ( he works in the oil field and drives alot.) and it is helping him to stay awake, when he has put in a long day and still has to drive back into town.
My adorable 5 yr old does the whole 15 min now and when she is done she comes down and says " I did my Oxycise and boy, do I feel GREAT!"
O! has been so amazing for me and my family. I got my mom to start it as well, she bought the book and I loaned her my intro video so she could see how it works, and if she hasn't bought a video by christmas then I will get one for her. My sister even wants to do it with my mom.
