I just can't hardly believe it. I measured this morning. 6 1/2 inches in one month, a little here, a little there. And that is even not being as faithful to O! and watching my food as I should be. I have also lost 3.5 lbs. This is the greatest program I have ever done and believe me I have done almost everything. Good Luck to anyone starts this program.
