I know, I know- I don't check in everyday (it wasn't helping me any). But I thought I'd keep you all up to date on how I'm doing.
I stopped exercising for a while but I'm back on track now (for about 4 weeks). My starting weight was 210 (I'm 5'2) and now I'm 192. Still in a size 18 but it's a lot more comfortable size 18. ha ha It used to take me an hour to do 30 reps but now I do it in 18 min (I should probably just start working out with the DVD - I'm sure I can knock of 3 min). |

Update: I just tried on my jeans and they fit (as opposed to getting them on and sitting would cut off my air). I tried on my next size smaller and they fit like my old ones (the now fit ones) did before. So I've got my next marker for losing. |

Matygrl-you are doing great- this is so exciting! After the breaths are over each time-it's so great to feel the effects throughout the day, energized and glad you actually put in the few minutes to see the big results. It seems to work from the inside / out and you just know you are doing something good for yourself. This is a real motivator for me- being new also. Keep it up sister!!! Cheryl
