I am new to this forum, but I began practicing Oxycise three days ago, and I thought it might be helpful to track my progress. Right now, I am just doing the basic breath without any additional movement because I want to make sure I get it down thoroughly before I add anything.
I am sure it is too early to say I am losing weight, although the last three days my weight has gone down consistently. I know with water weight and all, a couple pounds can't be counted as weight loss, but as I am beginning "that time of the month", normally, I would be putting on water weight, so I think the downward trend may be significant. I hadn't taken the time to measure before, so I am going to do that today. I hope to be reporting some incredible results soon. Thanks for being here. Cathy Thorsen Possibilist |
